Of course I was lucky, but prior to the cancellation he was still going to be there the same day. No charge just for showing up like other companies. Hourly rate. Very reasonable. He helped me with moving the box with the lights in it. I had a worker already there working on the front door. I thought he would be through before Dave got to the porch, but they worked it out. It was even fun. Everything was as professional as it could be. He cleaned everything up. He was as nice as he could be and a delight to have around. When he was leaving I realized the coach lights needed to be turned up instead of down. He did it without grumbling. He also looked at my hall ceiling lights and discussed them with me. I highly, highly recommend him. I will definitely use him again.

I tried everything checked the light switch, power at the light pole and our electrical panel with no luck. I called Surge Electric, and they were out the next day. The owner spent about an hour tracing wires underground and after several system tests he located a severed wire. He dug it up, rewired the system and repaired our driveway lights. David, the owner, was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, he left my yard neat and clean, and all driveway lights working properly. I will use Surge Electric for any future electrical problems. I happily give David and Surge Electric 5 stars for their professional and expert service.

Quality work from Quality people and a Great Experience Overall…read moreIt is truly my pleasure to share with everyone the positive experience that I had working with Epperson Electric. This is a family business and I feel honored to have at minimum meet Brian and his wife plus a few of their children but they have such a great story that you can get an idea of on their website and I hope others get to meet them as well. So for my project, the positive experience started from my first interaction with Epperson Electric when I went on Yelp (I also checked out their website) and asked for a quote, the response was very quick and we meet Brian, the owner, within a couple days where he walked me through the estimation, how the project would unfold and asked what I wanted plus gave me options to several things, it was very interactive experience. The estimate was very reasonable for the size of the project and I could tell that this was not "just another project" to Brian, but that he is passionate about quality of his work and this is very aligned to my own ideas and expectations. The work that Brian did was exceptional, because he didn't just wire my shop and dig a trench and lay the pipe for the hookup to the transformer, but he paid attention to the little details that you only really notice if quality of work is important to you like, straight wire runs even when no one else will see them, all the new boxes were perfectly level, the existing light fixtures being reworked and the wires were nicely zip tied and look clean, the 240' trench was perfect even though our water company's spray marks for their lines were 9' off where they marked and caused issues but everything went as planned with high quality craftmanship. I don't know if I have effectively communicated in words to everyone just how impressed I am with Epperson Electric, Brian, and his quality of work and knowledge but I will say that I will never use anyone else for any of my electrical projects in the future.

We recently bought an electric car and needed to install a Level 2 Charger in our garage. To us the…read morework was very challenging because our electric box is far from our garage. However, when Grounded Electric came to give us a quote, they very quickly determined how to do the job and made as feel secure that they knew how to get it done and how to do it well. And it was so! On the date of the appointment, the crew came to our house on time, they were very polite, and fast. They did a very clean and professional job connecting and concealing cables, opening almost invisible wholes where needed, and perfectly installing the charger, which has worked perfectly fine since it was installed. On top of everything, the owner of the company came to evaluate his crew's ' work, and discovered that the job required less materials than they calculated, thus giving us a discount over the original quote. Grounded electric was simply amazing! We are so glad that we contacted them and would do so again with eyes closed. We strongly recommend them!

Don't go to their professional look…read more I rated them based on their ethics and behavior. I hired them upon getting quotation from them. They texted me about an emergency and keep me waiting 2+ weeks and rescheduled. Finally after calling, they showed up during the scheduled day and returned my deposit with a rude behavior. So unethical; 2) Made me wait 2+ weeks and I skipped work 2 full days. He didn't care about these. 3) When he understand it was all his fault about the quotation on lower side, he behaved rudely and told me he will throw my money in my door if I do not accept and sign their contract to return my money.
