I called a few times while living overseas and had arrangements created to surprise my mother for her birthday, and they are always so wonderful to make everything special. They've always been so friendly in the store as well. Monica has a great eye for decorating and she has so many beautiful things to decorate your home in with in the store. Ohh where do I start?…read more I went in to look at and purchase some trim (baseboard and crown) on Saturday 09/26/2020. After receiving ZERO initial assistance I had to ask where their trim options were and they pointed to a display. Upon finding what I liked they told me they don't use that trim company anymore and handed me a brochure of the new company? I found something comparable I liked and proceeded to get a price and order. The gentlemen stated he has to call the company to see if it's available before placing an order so he took my name and number and said he would call on Monday. The following Tuesday I called them after no call and he told me emailed them, but would send a follow-up email again. The next day (Wednesday) he calls and gives me a price, I told him that would work and he stated I would need to come in and pay prior to them ordering it. I then went in immediate Saturday 10/03 and nobody there knew what I was talking about, I had to FIND THE NOTE myself on a clipboard at the front counter (what a joke). Upon looking at the note the guy says we have 8000ft of this in back, we can don't need to order? I said of this specific LB11 right here (points to brochure). He says yep and proceeds to polace order and take my money and set up delivery for Tuesday 10/06 of the 900FT of trim. I get a call today 10/05 at 7:14am that they are at my gate to deliver the trim (I have already left for work) and call my wife to notify her so she can let them in. The driver then drops of 900ft of dented up trim that is the WRONG trim? half primed and half not? wrong profiles and everything. The driver said "mam I don't load it, I just deliver it, you can return what you don't want". What an absolute headache! this has been from the very beginning. Called today to notify the store of the incorrect trim and they said the trim we requested had to be special ordered and would let me know when it comes in. IF they make it right, I will update this review accordingly.

I called Central One to fix my broken stove. It took 5 visits to get it fixed. The first visit, the…read moretech didn't bring the right tools to fix it. The second visit, he had the tools, but didn't bring the correct part. The third visit, he didn't have the right part. Note, there was about a week in between each of these vists. Despite these problems being on their end, they never made any effort to get us on the schedule more quickly. This visit was a few days before the holidays, and I was told they couldn't get the part in for nearly three week, after Christmas, when I was hosting family with an unworkable oven. I had already paid for the part through them, but I was able to find it myself and quick ship it at a cost of ~$400, and the tech said he could come back to fix it. On that fourth visit visit, he replaced the broken part with the one I had ordered, but he said it still wasn't working and he'd have to come back after the holidays with a more senior tech. When the two of them came back, the senior tech determined that the oven had in fact been fixed it on the last visit, but the tech didn't know how to turn the oven on, and that was the problem. Overall, it took over a month to get fixed, and I paid an additional $400 out of pocket to order my own part. I called numerous times to ask to have that money refunded given they pocketed what I paid for their part since they didn't use it, and no one ever responded to me. In addition to poor work quality, they had terrible customer service. I do not recommend them to anyone.
