Of course I was lucky, but prior to the cancellation he was still going to be there the same day. No charge just for showing up like other companies. Hourly rate. Very reasonable. He helped me with moving the box with the lights in it. I had a worker already there working on the front door. I thought he would be through before Dave got to the porch, but they worked it out. It was even fun. Everything was as professional as it could be. He cleaned everything up. He was as nice as he could be and a delight to have around. When he was leaving I realized the coach lights needed to be turned up instead of down. He did it without grumbling. He also looked at my hall ceiling lights and discussed them with me. I highly, highly recommend him. I will definitely use him again.

The owner spent about an hour tracing wires underground and after several system tests he located a severed wire. He dug it up, rewired the system and repaired our driveway lights. I contacted ADD electric company to rewire the kitchen in my 114 year old house. The owner set an…read moreappointment and most importantly he showed up when he said he would. The quote was fair for the scope of work, he was not the cheapest but, by far, not the most expensive. Joe and crew showed uo promptly on the date we had set to start. 3 man crew went to work, one under the house in the crawl space and 2 others measuring for the wiring according to the drawings I provided. The crew was respectful of my plaster walls and although they had to make a lot of holes in my walls the work to restore the plaster was minimal. they took great care to only access what was needed. As my repair project progressed Joe kept in contact to see if we needed anything from him. As the various stages were completed we kept in contact to get an idea when it would be time to finish all the installs, plugs and switches. When we were ready for the final touches Joe came over on a Saturday and completed the job. he was booked the following week and made sure we were complete on time with minimal disruptions. Every day at the completion of work the crew cleaned up all the areas they had worked, even though this was somewhat of a construction site they were very vigilant of cleaning up behind themselves. We were told they would come out in about 3 months to fix it after the dirt had time to dry. After several phone calls and messages they finally came out, 10 months later and smoothed it over a little. It is still a mess. Huge pile of dirt, barely smoothed over. I don't know what we will have to do to fix it but it is totally unacceptable. I wonder if it would be ok to leave their yard in this mess.
