We are a few months into living in the house and we couldn't be more disappointed in the workmanship of the finished product. Beyond the bubbles and divots there are places where the edge of the pouring is visible and obvious . In addition, there is actually a hair that is permanently part of the kitchen floor and is completely noticeable even just walking through the room. Finally, the color of our floors is completely wrong and opposite of what we agreed on. It seems that when the floors were sanded and repoured, no more gray was added and what we ended up with are floors that look like a sterile hospital operating room rather than a warm and inviting home. More than one person has come into our home and said, "what happened to the floor?" So where does that leave us? That leaves us 4 months into living in a brand new home and looking at options to replace our floors because what we thought was going to be the centerpiece of our beautiful home is actually the most embarrassing because of how terrible it looks. It's very frustrating having to redo something that was not done properly in the first place. P.S. We did reach out to the owner with our concerns and never heard back.
