He sent me photos along the way of the project, and the floors were in pretty rough shape. Hard-core staining, someone had written on some of them, there were places we weren't sure what was on the floor, but Morgan got it up and you can't tell anything was ever wrong. By the time I was on my way back home, I had a whole new set of photos of the finished product and I was in awe. They were absolutely pristine and I couldn't wait to see them in person. Even today, 5 years later, they still look as wonderful as they did when he refinished them. Glossy, beautiful, and everyone comments on them. He came an powerwashed everything, sanded down any rough spots, and then applied a tinted sealer and the deck looks brand new! It only took him a few hours, and he even came back early the next morning to put the patio tables where they belong so our customers had a place to sit and enjoy their pastries. I hired him off Thumbtack. I needed him to put in writing how much he would charge for a garage door installation. Daniel could not even be bothered to return a phone call or text. He incorrectly installed . It bent my garage door, left wires exposed and then left the button that controls it dangling. I had to get it repaired, and the person that went behind him said he had no buisness taking the job.
