She is very talented with over a decade of experience under her belt so she has the skills to create any hairstyle to your liking! She really listened to my needs and delivered the style I wanted which I was very happy about! I haven't had any luck finding someone who could replicate my hairstylist from LA until now! Can't wait to go back for my hair color! The salon is very minimalistic and relaxing. Loved the touches of succulents. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly in helping me set up appointments. I highly recommend this salon for a fabulous and trendy haircut and color!

Finding a hairstylist that you connect with can be as difficult as finding a therapist! I found Marie in about 2010, and I have not needed to look elsewhere since. Marie is as good as it gets when it comes to someone who knows how to cut hair and tailor it to each specific person and their needs/wants; she listens to the client and builds from there. The staff is always friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would also recommend Jerry Jones for any barbering needs. Verve is a terrific place and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great haircut experience.

They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently and professionally, and the results were fantastic! The stylists were some of the nicest people ever, and such fun! We invited them to stay for the wedding itself, as we were having a great time with them, but alas...they were expected back at the salon. I can't describe how great it was to work with them, especially given that we were from out-of-town, found them online, and did all the coordination remotely. We were starting to worry about finding a salon that would do on-site work, but it was our lucky day when we came across their web site! If you are getting married in the Minocqua, WI area and need on-site stylists, please consider Studio E...we highly recommend their services, which were reasonably priced and very high quality! Thank you, Studio E, for being a highlight of the event!

The co-owner/stylist (Sara) of the salon even opened her salon after hours to tone down the original highlights as it was just too much for me....this had nothing to do with her work. She did exactly what I had asked for. Her prices are very low right now and she evens specializes in mens cuts. I will be bringing my boyfriend here. The salon is very shabby-chic and there is a great Mexican restaurant next door. Sara has a great work ethic and I would encourage anyone to stop in and visit her if you are looking for a quality service at an affordable price.

*UPDATE TWO DAYS LATER**…read more The owner reached out and offered a refund. They did not like my review and asked me to remove it because it would make them look bad. I am not deleting my review, but I will update my review and I ended up getting a refund. Maybe it was the nail tech or maybe the reviews are fake. The tech was very nice and did confirm the color and nail shape. When she was using certain drills, she was hurting and cutting my skin hence the bleeding on my nail bed. Mind you, I do not think they are cleaning their drills properly because you can see how I bled. I did not get cuticle oil or lotion on my hands. I've gotten $30 manicures at other salons and they at least put cuticle oil on my nails. I shouldn't have to request that, it should be given. My nails are pretty and I do like them. But I wouldn't recommend coming here for gel x nails. This was my first time getting gel x nails and it made me not want to experience this again.
