    Reached out to Darville due a slab leak in my home & let me tell you, best decision I ever made…read more (Keep in mind this was also an insurance claim, not the easiest things to deal with) Sharmin is their customer support representative that answers the phone when you call. She was extremely nice & very professional. She scheduled the repair & followed up multiple times to make sure everything was going accordingly. From scheduling to repair everything ran smoothly. Logan F. & Candice S. were the ones assigned to fix the leak. Logan's work is nothing short of the highest quality. They repaired the leaks, cleaned up after themselves and did it with a smile. Both Logan and Candice are a great examples of how amazing employees should represent a company. I am amazed at the competency this company and their employees represent. This was an insurance claim for me and as everyone knows they can be messy, Logan actually took some time to help me understand and explain some of the issues they've experienced in the past with these situations. This company sold me from the time I made the call to the second the techs finished and left the house. Price was slightly higher than most but well worth it IMO. I am supper happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone. From now on, I will REFUSE to use anyone that isn't The Darville Co. -JP

    There is no way to sugar coat this unprofessional experience but to honestly say that after paying…read more15k, its been a repeated nightmare of what we have had to go through. First, the installers worked really late, up to 11pm several nights. The installers cracked the ceiling where one of the air returns is and it was never repaired. They showed up at very inconsistent times that caused an inconvenience. Its been 8 months now since the installation and we have had to call 5 or more times. We recently had a major leak that caused a 6x6 area that ruined the kitchen ceiling. Come to find out the installers did not install the unit correctly. The unit was tilted and leaked causing the damage. They also did not install the PVC pipe properly that allows water to flow outside. After bringing this to their attention, they sent an unexperienced tech out that cut a hole on the outside of the house into the siding. It looks terrible. It took them over a month to send someone out to make the repairs after we had to call a lawyer to send a letter to make them accountable just to have them complete the work. We also had to file a home insurance claim that sent out a water restoration company to detect any water damage an that no further water damage was in the ceiling or walls. We found out during this process of the water inspection, he had to enter the attic that most of the tubing was slumped over the rafters that was causing low to no air flow to most of our rooms. To this day, we have poor air flow in half the house. We have over 2000sqft home. And to make things worse, they do not communicate, they promise to show up and keep you waiting. These crews have shown up as late as 10:30pm. We unfortunately referred them to family who has had the same issues of non-communication, no one will return their calls. I know they are busy but this is ridiculous. I would have rather paid 2x more to have had dependable, trustworthy services. Please choose carefully especially for a new installed unit. This all has been an unfortunate experience but definitely a lesson learned.

I…read morewas totally unaware that it was not his business of which I am I'm still confused as who took my money for this unit As I paid him in cash. And the price was great but was changing during installation And my receipt did not reflect the price I paid of which I had to tell him to change it. That should have been a red flag from the start. I Had my unit installed in March 2021. The following month my unit had low quality of air in some rooms and then it completely stopped working. It took several calls for this person to respond and when he did I had to wait days to have it serviced. I figured they were busy, however, the day of my unit being serviced. I got the feeling i Was placed on the back of the list as I was explaining to the service tech of what had happen to my unit not working and had no heat for several days. The tech person became concerned as to why I had not called as soon as it gave out. The tech service men were not the problem it was the person who took my money that provides terrible services and communication with being placed as last due to the outside location I am in. The location or the drive was not a problem when he wanted my service to install the unit but as always you get what you pay for. On January 3rd, I had the same problems low quality of air and again it completely stopped working. I called again to have it checked out. Once again it took several calls as I waited for him to show up the days he stated and failed to come by. I then called the manager of this company to inquire of this person to service my unit due to the ongoing of messages and failing to show up on the days stated. The manager was on top of it. He assured me he would relay the message to get my unit serviced. I truly believe the manager is not aware of what is taking place and how his company is being affected by this person. after, it was serviced a few days later, I received a courtesy Call from the this person who installed my unit and once again the air quality was poor in the same rooms as before. Again, This person stated he was driving by over the weekend to a near by town and would come by to check it out. Once again, No show or courtesy call, kept me waiting as other visits of coming by to check my unit and not show up, I would have rather done business with manager of this company instead. I do not recommend the person who installed My unit. Its better to contact the manager of this company for a new installation or any issues you may have with this person In using this company name. I'm not going to give out his name but I'll let management deal with him.
