Waited 1 year to write a review, started training with Tai in November 2024 at 203lbs(for reference…read moreI train 3 days a week). As someone who had never been to a personal training only gym, it felt intimidating but I quickly seen that all are welcomed, from retired body builders to people knocking on my 600-lb life's door. He has helped me achieve what even I thought was not possible, not only made me believe in myself but has opened the door to a new lifestyle. His workouts challenge and motivate me, while giving me just the right amount of recovery. I like how Tai checks in with me prior to each workout, he is very conscious of working around both old/new injuries adjusting/substituting workouts that are equally effective to gain results - checking in daily allows him to make those adjustments. The gym has various trainers(both male and female) who although, I don't train with them, are very welcoming and helpful. The gym offers various dietary supplements designed to boast energy, focus, endurance, and performance during exercise. It is also connected to a local chef who offers and delivers delicious meal preps at a great price, most of all, I like that he offers but isn't pushy to sell you anything. To think that I had told myself that I would try it out for 3 months and here I am over a year later, having gone from 203lbs to 169lbs, I can truly say I will forever be grateful for my Xtrength Fitness family.

You cannot put a price on your health and being strong and around to see my babies grow was a must. His knowledge and guidance is truly what turned my life around. He understood my goals and helped develop a custom meal plan and pushed me day in day out to transform my life. I have been coming to Xstrength for years before kids? During my pregnancy and after having my kids, because you feel at home. Both my kids have come with me to the gym to see me lifting. Tai just gets it and so supportive that setting the example that fitness is so essential to your overall wellbeing and being a strong Mommy. The other clients become family and you can't help but to keep coming back. Forever thankful and can't wait to keep reaching new goals the journey has just started and I'm so stoked for what's to come

That's completely false. There are several restrooms and I've never had to wait. The overall aesthetic of this place is top tier. The equipment is high quality, well maintained, and there's plenty of space to train. The gym is split into two sides and now they even have MAD Pilates, which is a great addition. So far, I haven't had to wait for equipment once. Even when it's busy, I've still been able to get a full workout in without issues. That's a huge difference compared to the gym up the street (Chuze), where you'll often see groups of people camping on the same machine. On weekends I come right when the doors open and it's about as empty as it gets. Perfect way to start the day. One warning though: don't try the peanut butter and jelly shake... unless you want to get hooked. It's that good. The turkey wrap is also a solid option. The staff has been amazing and welcoming since day one. Overall experience so far: 10/10. Highly recommended

I really enjoy this gym and appreciate the space and equipment, but I wanted to share some…read morefeedback. The heater being on full blast in the mornings makes it really uncomfortable to work out. The fans are not on, so there's no relief when the heat is running. I mean really how cold can it get in SoCal where the heater needs to be on full blast Also, it would really help if staff wore something identifiable, like a uniform shirt. There have been a few times I wanted to purchase a protein shake, but I couldn't tell who worked there or who to ask for help. Lastly, there have been times when there were no wipes available to clean the machines. Overall, still a great gym, just a few small improvements that would make a big difference! Sincerely Your overhead friend

I primarily come to this location because I value a well-maintained, clean pool and this pool consistently delivers. It's always clean, clear, and well cared for, which makes swimming here a great experience. The locker rooms and showers are also consistently clean and properly maintained. Early on, I did have a concern about members taking photos and videos in the locker room while others were changing. However, management addressed the issue by posting visible signage on the mirrors, and it has made a noticeable improvement. Anytime I've brought up a concern, the staff has been responsive, respectful, and quick to take action. That level of professionalism goes a long way. I've been coming here for over a year after having a bad experience at another gym with poor pool conditions, and this location has been consistently reliable. My only downside is the distance I drive about 10 miles one way just to work out and use the pool. That alone should say how much I value this gym. If I lived closer, I'd be here even more often. Highly recommend this location.

Getting access to basic equipment is a struggle, and the "bring a friend" perk only adds to the congestion. It's hard to get through a workout without long waits. I also wasn't offered any type of trial period before signing up. If I had been, I would've realized the environment wasn't a good fit and avoided this situation altogether. Because of all this, I requested to cancel my membership and asked for the cancellation fee to be waived. The conditions didn't reflect what was advertised, and the lack of a trial made it impossible to make an informed decision. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope the gym takes this feedback seriously
