    Lucas Barker, hands down the best car salesman I have ever dealt with! Made buying a car so easy! This is the second one he has sold me! I love my Toyota Land Cruiser.

    Took my car to the service department on August 7, 2024 I was informed that the low pressure fuel pump needed to be replaced. And that parts need to be ordered after waiting for a couple of days. I called to see if the parts came in. So I had my car towed to the dealership on August 15 received a phone call from service advisor BRADEN SIMPSON on August 17th saying the low pressure fuel pump wasn't the problem after all just the BATTERY needed to replaced the Technician mis diagnosed he should have known it was the battery day one I paid $190.66 for a wrong Diagnostic and $234.58 for a battery

    Not serios people to deal with, I had my truck serviced and 5000 miles later found out the differential was leaking bad, I took my truck back to them and they just cleaned the spilled oil and retighten the plug. Three days later is still leaking. I was expecting for the mechanics to check the oil level but they didn't do so. I called them to talk to the same guy that attended me the last time but instead it was another guy pretending to be him. I'm done with this stealer, there was more that happened here so enough is enough!

    We were assisted by "Tyler" & he was super polite, patient, & friendly! We had some small issues with the document but he was being very helpful & trying his best to assist us. We felt so comfortable & welcome there the whole time. If you are looking for a car, I strongly recommend coming in here & you will definitely be satisfied with their great service!

    Bad business practice. I ordered a RAV4 about 3 months ago with options and agreed on the prices and $500 deposit. Today me and son came to pick up, it's turn a basic RAV4 with no option that we're like. Back and forth, I came the manager, Ryan Dill, and he said we don't have a contract and no discount. I am willing to get the car if they take off the options that they charged or ordering a new one for me. There are no option but give me a deposit back. This is not a good business practice. They're think we are stupid and desperate and try to ripe you off some more. My son was very disappointed after waiting that long and the outcome.

    Do Not Buy From This Dealership -- Learn From My Mistake…read more I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership out of state, and it was by far the most frustrating car buying experience I've ever had. The vehicle was originally listed on AutoTrader for $36,000, but when I reached out, the price had suddenly jumped to $39,900 -- a textbook bait-and-switch. It took over two weeks just to finalize the sale due to the finance rep never returning calls or emails. I had to contact the main dealership line over 10 times just to get basic updates. The entire process felt chaotic and disorganized from the start. They did disclose that the front bumper had been damaged and said it would be professionally repaired for $800. However, the repair was clearly not professional. The bumper was cracked, filled with Bondo, and painted over without even being removed -- a low-quality fix that would never pass for proper bodywork. That wasn't the only issue. Several other problems were never disclosed: * The front camera lens was cracked -- a $1,300 repair according to BMW. * There were spider cracks on the rear bumper, likely from a previous accident. * A noticeable dent was on the door that had never been mentioned. * The car arrived dirty, with dog hair between the seats and personal items still in the center console. * A GPS tracker was still installed and powered, even though I paid for the car in full, in cash. After raising these concerns, I was told someone would follow up. That never happened, despite contacting them three separate times and being given the same excuse each time: "Someone will reach out today or tomorrow." This was a $40,000 purchase, and I absolutely overpaid for the condition the car was delivered in. Had I known about the extent of the damage and the poor quality of the repair work, I would not have paid what I did -- or may not have moved forward with the sale at all. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I waited to write this review because I wanted to give them a fair chance to make things right. But since they've shown no interest in doing so, I'm sharing my experience in the hope that someone else reads this and chooses to take their business elsewhere.

However, we were informed that the title for our trade-in had already been processed, and a replacement title would need to be ordered, which would take 4-6 weeks! While we understand that administrative process, we requested written documentation (on letterhead) outlining the status of the transaction so that we could confidently move forward with purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. Unfortunately, the used car general manager did not respond to our call or email. Instead, the finance manager communicated via text message and indicated she would attempt to obtain documentation, but ultimately informed us that nothing further could be provided and suggested we share the text message with another dealership. We do not consider this an acceptable resolution. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend purchasing from the used car division at Lee's Summit Subaru. We have filed formal complaints with the appropriate authorities, including the Attorney General's office and the Federal Trade Commission, and the BBB.

I also experienced nearly two weeks of poor communication, including unanswered calls/texts and significant delays in receiving a proper diagnostic breakdown. Due to needing a vehicle for work and family, I ultimately had no choice but to proceed with the repair, which totaled over $5,000, with nearly $3,000 paid out of pocket. To add to the experience, the vehicle was returned without even a basic wash after such a costly repair. Overall, this experience lacked transparency, communication, and customer care--especially given the safety concerns involved. I have documented all communication and would recommend others to proceed with caution when using this dealership.
