They arrived in 20 & assessed the issue as a dead, unrechargable battery. I didn't dare turn the car off & asked him to wait around for a couple mins. so I could go find my receipt for the battery, which he gladly did. I successfully drove to the auto parts store to get it replaced. They tested & confirmed the Mr. Quickpick tech's analysis as accurate. So instead of taking 90 min. just to arrive for a battery jump, I had a new battery in place and was on my way!! Problem solved! Definitely recommend this company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. P&C towed my daughter's 2016 Nissan Rogue for a no-start…read morecondition, and the way they handled it caused major damage to her vehicle. Nissan's manual clearly states this car must be towed on a flatbed or with all four wheels on dollies. Instead, the driver insisted it was fine to just put it in neutral and tow it -- something every mechanic we spoke to said was absolutely wrong. When the car arrived at the shop, it was already making a loud, unusual noise it never had before. The service station took pictures of how P&C towed it and even showed me the section of the Nissan manual that proves it was done incorrectly. Both the repair shop and a transmission specialist confirmed the rear end was ruined because of the tow. I even called three other tow companies, and all said the same thing -- the car should never have been towed the way P&C did. P&C refused to take responsibility, wouldn't provide their insurance information, and even tried to claim they towed it because of the noise -- which is a lie, since the call was for a no-start. My daughter had to wait over two weeks for repairs and pay for Uber rides to get to work, while P&C basically told us they "don't care what Nissan says." We've filed a police report and are pursuing this in civil court. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and reckless. No one should trust them with their vehicle.

This towing company quoted me a really good price, kept in contact with me, let me know when they would be there and let me know when they were five minutes away. Not only that, because my car was a hybrid, you couldn't open the trunk or manually put the car in neutral. But, this wise and thoughtful man figured out how to safelyHget it on his tow truck anyways, He spent a good hour at my house safely, moving my vehicle from the garage to his flatbed tow truck. This man even stuck with his quoted price, even though this was a very difficult tow job! Thank you so much for your customer service, expertise, joyful attitude, and great price! Not only were they able to work with me and be prompt to help me, the tow truck driver was able to locate the issue, and suggest a mobile repair company (Diesel Parlor) to help me fix it. There's no doubt in my mind I would have spent exponentially more if I would have had to tow it again to a dealership. Mobile tire repair…read more If you live in the PSL area, screws and nails in tires is a thing - thanks to all the homebuilders. Walking past my tire I see a big ole screw jutting out and the air pressure is low according to me sensor - wonderful. Having had some negative experiences with the local tire shops who all want to sell you a new tire instead of a relatively cheap repair, I popped online for a search to see what the alternatives were and Perry Mobile Tire Service popped up. All the reviews looked promising so I gave them a call - James answered, we had a quick chat and he said he would be by in about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later that truck pulled up and we had a good conversation as he proceeded to repair my tire while the car was in my driveway- what more could you ask for? Price was what he quoted over the phone and James was just a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended for all your tire needs- he does more than repairs so keep him in mind.

Incompetent! Do not…read moreuse Treasure Coast Locksmith!! We recently purchased a home and wanted the front door lock changed, using a Yale programmable lock. From the beginning, we knew we had made a mistake when the appointment was for 3pm and the "locksmith" eventually showed up at 6:30pm after I called them at 4pm asking where they were. A courtesy phone call from them would have been appreciated telling me that they were delayed and another call telling me that they were on their way. Now onto the installation itself.... the "locksmith " had trouble understanding the installation instructions as well as the programming sequence. Remember, this was a Yale lock, not a no-name brand. Once we Googled the instructions and had him follow those instructions, the lock finally worked. After 2 hours, he departed the house and left the front door wide open!! When I went to shut the door I noticed that he had not cleaned up after himself, leaving wood chips both inside and outside the house, the strike plate laying on the floor still in its plastic bag, having never been screwed into the door frame, and he never removed the protective sheet before installing the lock to the door, leaving plastic showing from behind the lock! Conclusion - totally incompetent!!! Do not use!!
