We ended up going with a blown in fiberglass insulation of R 38 and 13 inches. His price was the best by a few bucks, but I particularly liked his practical recommendations, and so ended up using him. He booked me out a week later and showed up exactly on time and had the job done in just a couple hours. He even provided me with before and after pictures that I can use when I submit my taxes for an energy tax credit. Very straightforward and honest service I recommend if you're looking for installation to talk to him at least. As it ended up the insulation did basically nothing to help with the temperature in my garage. If others are looking to do the same thing, I tell you to look at a combination of insulation for your ceiling, walls if needed, and the inside of your garage door these metal garage doors really radiate a lot of heat into the garage.

Although he was busy with other work, he met me at the house the next day, inspected the Truss and found it was ok. He issued the Certificate I needed, confirming all was good, and my seller was able to meet the deadline for his response to the Buyers. He had tons of excuses about his personal health and he may have but at some point you need to own the fact that you did not provide any service despite months of a patient customer following up.
