He called over greg and he helped me with a great attitude. The man who said the machine was broken visited greg in the glass cutting room to inform him the machine was broken but greg looked at it and informed the man it was indeed not broken. The removal was more work than they expected but they stuck to their estimate. We had specific grading requirements which they discussed with us before the new driveway was installed and they met our requirements. Installation was noisy due to the heavy machinery but we are very satisfied with the results. The installation was expensive but it was well done and should last for decades.

We recently hired Briggs for sealcoating my driveway, and the experience has been nothing short of…read morea disaster. I'm writing this review to share my disappointment and frustration with their service. First and foremost, the sealcoating applied didn't stand a chance against the rainfall that happened a few days after the project was finished. All the sealcoating on the lower part of the driveway was washed away, leaving the driveway vulnerable to further damage. When we blew off some leaves from the driveway using a handheld leaf blower it also blew flakes off of the sealcoat from the top of the driveway. This is unacceptable! We expected a durable and long-lasting sealcoating, not something that can't even withstand the force of rain or a leaf blower. When the sealcoating flaked off, it revealed a dirty driveway. We don't think they properly prepped the driveway. Looks like the coated over dirt. They promised to send an estimator to assess the situation and implied that there would be an extra charge for re-coating it properly. WHAT!? What's more frustrating is the lack of updates from the company. We've sent emails, text messages, and followed up with phone calls but have not heard back about how they are going to rectify their mistake. It's extremely unprofessional to leave a customer hanging, especially when they are dissatisfied with the service. I would strongly advise anyone considering Briggs for sealcoating services to think twice. The lack of quality in their work, coupled with poor communication, makes them a company to avoid at all costs. I regret choosing them for this project, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others who may be considering their services.
