They finally responded after I canceled. This is a direct quote from his text, "Man I was in the gas station getting gas plus there's traffic. If i had teleporting capabilities i would be there. If you want me to turn around just let me know. I'm not hurting over tinting 2 cars I've gotten 10 calls this morning for tint and I was giving yall the whole day to tint them nothing else is scheduled." Hour late with zero communication until I canceled. Lied about being 10 min away. Then being smug about how he doesn't need my business. If you are scheduled to be somewhere at 930, then plan accordingly for traffic and whatever else you have to do so you can make the appointment on time. Or at least have the decency to respond to multiple calls and text. Give updates instead of ducking calls. Understandably, things happen, however not having arrived an hour after the appointment and not communicating any delays whatsoever, until after I canceled Also posted this review in the review section of the company facebook page with screenshots of his unprofessional and smug manner. Instead of addressing the situation and rectifying it like a normal business would do, he turned off the review function of his facebook business page. Since you can't delete individual reviews without facebook reviewing it to determine if it is a real review(which im sure because of the screenshots of the messages they would have not deleted my review), he just turned off that function all together. Normally i am never this petty, but the manner in which he went about all of this is completely wrong.

I turned to Yelp and Three Brothers Towing had positive reviews for being prompt and fairly priced. Scheduling a tow was quick and easy, as an extra convenience I was able to pay over the phone with Zelle. The driver was there before the estimated time of 30 minutes. Very disappointing experience…read more A car was parked for less than 30 minutes at a permanently closed bank (250 W State Dr, Baton Rouge) on a weekend, yet it was towed almost immediately. When we returned, we thought the car had been stolen and even contacted the police. While we were still there, within less than 30 minutes, the tow truck came back and towed another vehicle that had just parked. This clearly suggests predatory towing, targeting cars almost immediately rather than enforcing reasonable parking rules. We were charged $327.75, which is excessive given the circumstances and the lack of any reasonable opportunity to retrieve the vehicle. Be extremely cautious in this area.
