I thought I had to live with clicking, grinding, and pain until I came to Advanced Regenerative Orthopedics. The procedure was so easy and I am back to swimming and biking as if I never had a knee problem. They were my only alternative and I couldn't be happier today. Thank you to the doctors and nurses who treated me so well.

Peter had both knees done and I had one, which in the end, we cancelled our knee replacement surgery this month. Very happy with Dr Michael Haghighi that explained everything to us in detail to prepare us for the knee injection of stem cells, performed by Dr Anthony Esposito. Very happy everyone with both the Sarasota and Tampa offices. Each employee, from Jennifer, to Matt, and their entire team, were stellar, very professional, informative, to the point, and friendly. We both are very happy we did this and you can contact their office if you want to talk with us before moving forward. Thank you all for relieving our pain. I was back to the pool and exercise within one week and no scar and no pain. A total success story so fare for us both.

I then fractured my clavicle through the previous surgery site and this resulted in a non union of the clavicle. I was in severe pain and lost range of motion as well as the ability to perform basic daily activities. Dr. Mighell did an operation involving two plates and 12 screws along with a bone graft from my ilium. It has been 7 months and I feel back to normal with improved strength and range of motion. I am not limited in any way and am back to playing sports and lifting weights. I would highly recommend Dr. Mighell. Not only is he extremely gifted in his surgical skill but he is a genuinely nice person who cares about his patients. If you have shoulder issues requiring surgical intervention, Dr. Mighell should be the first person you go see!

After months of physical therapy the pain in my shoulder was unreal and couldn't raise my arm but a few inches from my body. I went to 4 shoulder surgeons before Dr. Mighell, they all said my case was too advanced for them. Dr. Mighell agreed my shoulder was messed up and the only option was a reverse replacement. His office worked to help me get him in network, and so I had the second surgery in less than 6 months. THANK GOD! Three days after getting out of the hospital my pain was all but gone. I stopped taking the hydromorphine and other serious pain medicines on the third day out. I am now 8 weeks post op and I can put my hair in a pony tail and do about 80% of what I could prior to the accident. Dr. Mighell is super wonderful, his team is amazing! I truly can't say enough great things about him. I

BONE DEATH, JOB LOSS & DISABILITY - My Experience with Dr. Richard Cain…read more I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Dr. Richard Cain at BayCare Orthopedic Institute has left me permanently disabled and struggling to take care of my family. I first saw him in March 2025 with an MRI showing a subchondral insufficiency fracture in my left knee. He put me on 6 weeks of non-weight bearing, then told me to walk again with an offloader brace that didn't help at all. Despite my severe pain and repeated requests for updated imaging, he refused and instead pushed ahead with surgery. On May 5, 2025, he performed a subchondroplasty using an MRI that was already nearly 3 months old. After surgery, my pain only got worse. At follow-up visits in May and July, I begged him for help and asked again for another MRI. He brushed me off, saying, "Sometimes you'll still have pain after surgery," and offered no pain management. By July, I was in so much pain that I booked an emergency appointment. Only then did he finally order an MRI -- and even admitted he had never reviewed a post-op subchondroplasty MRI before. That MRI (July 24, 2025) showed the fracture had grown larger and now there was bone necrosis (bone death). At my August 1 visit, he promised to call me personally after consulting a colleague but never did. I had to chase him down through the patient portal just to get a referral a week later. Because of Dr. Cain's negligence, I've been wheelchair-bound for months, unable to properly care for my 3-year-old toddler, and at serious risk of losing my job as I've exhausted FMLA benefits, and my job has let me know they will let me go if I need more time off for additional surgeries and recovery. My condition has progressed to bone death, and I feel completely abandoned as his patient. I went to Dr. Cain expecting for my condition to improve, and instead, it drastically declined. I strongly believe Dr. Cain should not be allowed to operate on anyone else, and I definitely cannot recommend him for any and all orthopedic needs, especially with anything to do with knee issues. I write this as I sit from my wheelchair, and I used to be a very active person. Do what you will this review, but please reconsider and stay away from this orthopedic practice, especially Dr. Cain.

Waiting for Dr. Cooper doesn't take long either. I get really impatient with the offices that have appointments but then you wait around for a hour to just get to a room. Not here.
