I have never had such professional, kind, attentive treatment in my life. When I began seeing Dr Serneel my kidney function was at barely 20 %. As of my last visit it was 63% and I attribute it all to Dr Serneel's focused approach to getting my numbers up. She and her staff will cause you to think that you are their only patient because they are so laser focused on any and all needs you have. I communicated with Victor so often that I began to think he was my brother ! You can not go wrong if you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to select them as your primary care physician.

She really seems to enjoy fully informing her patients so that they aren't surprised by anything or confused by anything. She also talks you through procedures so that you know what's going on. She seems very keyed into what you're experiencing and trying to make you as comfortable as possible. I honestly felt very comfortable with her form the get go, as though I've already known her for a long time. So far this is a great experience. I was super sad to leave my previous doctor when I moved down here, but Dr. Solomon might just be the perfect replacement! They are currently redecorating their office space. I like a lot of the individual pieces, but it's not even complete and seems to be a bit too busy to me. It's very victorian and swirly! I like the thought process behind the design, but I felt like I was in a bridal salon instead of a doctor's office and it was a bit weird.

The family practice you can never get in to see your doctor. They consistently move your appointments and your three month follow-up. Turns into a nine month follow up. You can never talk to anybody because you're going through a call center. The call center never enters your message correctly and the nurses or LPNs can't follow through on anything. You don't get callbacks it takes forever to get your medication refills. If you care about your health, go to a different practice. In order to make an appointment for a CT or a ultrasound I have sat on hold for an hour then they hang up on you. And then you have to hold again and hold again and hold again. We left and found wonderful doctors elsewhere.

We were fortunate to get him because if I am not mistaken, just by word of mouth recommendations I think that he a very busy doctor. There is a reason for this even though I doubt that he would turn any one away, but because he is such a good doctor he stays very busy. He listens to what you have to say. And for us seniors who have been through illnesses for quite a while that is so important. If we contract something that we have never had he is informative. Empathetic and precise. And even though he is such a busy doctor he takes his time to listen understand and evaluate your sickness. I would venture to say that I am turning 67 this year and to date he is the best doctor that I have ever had. So much so that I feel like writing a review. If you contact his office and he has openings it will be one of the nicest things that you have would have done for yourself. If there were ten stars I would have given him ten.
