I need not have been worried Dr. Demery is aces! He is well-informed, affable, and very attentive, as I'm happy to report, is everyone I've encountered at the practice. The practice is easy to get a hold of and communicates well in-person, over the phone, and through their app. (‍ I swear I'm not using a chatbot but realized I may sound like one having just given three qualities in a row. ) The office is conveniently located off of Linebaugh on Wilsky, the latter of which streets puts you right on the Veterans Memorial Highway. Plenty of parking. A big convenience store is next door if you have a hankering for something before you head home. Pro tip: if you have been a good patient AND ask politely, I hear they will let you pick out a sticker as you leave the office.

He always spends a lot of time talking through things with me, even when I feel like I'm the one who's in a rush to get the kids back to school. I also appreciate how good he seems about remembering children and their families. I feel like we are more than a chart to him. My younger son was bouncing all over the wall when we had our appointment, Dr. B did a great job redirecting his attention and making sure he did a thorough exam. I also find it very easy to get same-day sick appointments when needed. We may not always see Dr. B when we need one immediately, but I found all of the staff there is fantastic. They actually never seem super busy, which is nice. It means that your child is probably in the waiting room by themselves playing or with one other child. I appreciate how they have a child's waiting room and an adult waiting room, because I also come to this practice and see NP Ritchie. Overall we've always had a very positive experience here. They've also improved their wait times so I never feel like I'm waiting long. Everyone we interact with is always kind and professional from the front staff to the doctors. I would highly recommend come here.

Trying to communicate effectively with the office is so difficult to do, whether online through messaging or through the phone. It can take weeks to get a response back. The office also can't keep enough medical staff employed. Though to be fair it all started after Covid however this facility has not recovered. Once your done seeing Dr Berland anything request after that is impossible. Dr Berland explained to me he would fill out my short term disability yet what he filled out was a joke. 2 months later I am fining out his office is sending in the same paperwork that my STD company is asking for further information Let's talk about the facility. It looks like a mental ward that has sliding wooden door that open and close like a jail cell. The turnover rate is so high that at times I had LPNs that have no idea how to correctly take blood pressure manually. The office relies on a machine that test your blood pressure but it often wrong or fails. Advent Health centralized their appointment department so if you need to call the hold times can be crazy high I brought up to Berland a couple years ago that his reviews have tanked and he is very well aware however I do t think there's much he can do since it's Advent Health that makes the decisions. I wish Berland would open his own private office to be honest. Have no issues with BayCare but Advent Health should be ashamed of itself

I have been with Dr. Crall for about 2.5 years now... he is a caring, and helpful doctor. Excellent communications... he even has on online portal and is very responsive to messages sent to him that way. You can also schedule appointments and view medical records online. He does not use insurance, and has a monthly membership type of practice... but provides excellent care for less than what most insurance would cost anyway... as long as you don't need expensive procedures. And even then... he knowa where to go to get the lowest prices on self-pay cash-pay procedures. I have recommended several people to him, and they really like him too! Highly Recommended!
