I felt she spent hardly any time with me, didn't read my pulses, put needles in, left then didn't come back for 20-25 mins when she had me turn over and put more needles in, then left again, with no questions of follow-up how I was doing, etc. She did do some short moxibustion treatment for 6 minutes at the end of the treatment. I think she can be a skilled acupuncturist, but for myself, I would prefer to have my practitioners be people who express more care and are more present with the treatment. If she was as consistent in her care for the other treatments as she was for the first one, I would leave a 5-star review. The last treatment was so deficient, that I left feeling pretty bad. I would rather spend my money on practitioners who sincerely work with more care about their patients.

I woke up around 6pm and felt really rested and had very little pain in my neck, back and shoulder. I ate dinner, watched about an hour of tv and then went to bed again around 9pm and slept soundly another 8 hours, this time on my side which is my preferred sleep position but haven't been able to do since I got injured because my arm would always go numb and wake me up. That didn't happen last night and I was so pleased not to have to sleep flat on my back again all night! Her one acupuncture session has helped me more than all the doctors, chiropractors, ultrasound, cervical traction, and steroids combined and I am so grateful.
