I didn't know about it but after he told me I thought it was a great idea to have it so I said yes Very professional service. He explained to me what was wrong with my AC units and tried to break it down in layman's term because it's very technical stuff I'm not sure if people can specifically ask for Robert to do the services but I highly recommend him

I am a single woman, in a panic bc water was getting all over the floor! These were their prices: $3800 for a 50 gallon tank install and $6200 for an 80 gallon tank. But then they told me that I had to get the 80 gallon bc the wiring was not long enough for the 50. And I almost said yes bc I was desperate and didn't know any better. Yesterday I had a plumber install a 50 gallon hot water heater for $2100. There was no problem with the wiring. Adam Mechanical was just trying to take advantage of me and have me pay 3 times more than I should have! And so please be warned about what kind of company this is.

We ended up needing a new gas furnace this winter after our old one broke. The first people we…read morecalled was Airmaster. We got someone to come out and check out our issues almost immediately. After we were told that the replacement part would be $1000 we decided to buy a new one. After a couple of price comparisons, this place knocked every other quote out of the ball park. They offer discounts too for military or first responders. The people that came to replace our heater came on time and did it pretty quickly. They went over everything before they left and also respected our floors by putting a cloth on the surface to prevent denting or dirt from tracking.

WARNING: Avoid Air Masters HVAC - Unprofessional…read more Air Masters HVAC is an extremely unprofessional company. They wanted to charge us twice for an estimate that should have been completed during their first visit. The initial diagnosis was left incomplete due to their own oversight, yet they demanded a second fee just to return and finish what they should have done the first time. To make matters worse, after servicing our AC, it began leaking shortly after, and when we contacted them to come back under warranty, they blocked both of our phone numbers--completely cutting off communication instead of standing by their work. Terrible service, poor accountability, and zero professionalism. BEWARE--do not trust this company with your property or your money.

Today I had Rich back to check the AC (an AC that Air Temp Solutions was always trying to upsell me on parts and services before I switched), he gave it a tune-up and made sure it was running. Alex Skolfield came to my tenants' home where they said the 2nd floor was not getting much cold air, and he spent an hour adjusting levers on the ductwork, and educating us on how to make sure the HVAC runs efficiently in the summer and winter. I have never had HVAC technicians who took the time to educate me (for free) and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. These guys are amazing - such integrity. I cannot recommend them enough!

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!…read more A few months ago, I called Done Right Plumbing for a clogged sink. The technician barely looked at the job for 30 seconds before giving me what I felt was an outrageous quote. After I posted a review, the owner contacted me and made things right, so I changed my review and decided to give the company another chance. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. I recently had an emergency and needed my sewer ejector pump replaced. The technician quoted me $3,571 just to replace the existing pump with a new one. I had already agreed to the replacement when he came back and told me the owner wanted to replace all of the existing piping as well because they said a 2-inch line was needed to meet current code. I said no--and thank God I did. I found the same pump at Harbor Freight for $119. I called another plumber, who installed it in about 45 minutes and charged me $250 for the installation. My total cost: $369. Done Right's quote: $3,571. Difference: $3,202. I understand that businesses need to make a profit and that emergency plumbing work isn't cheap, but there is a huge difference between $369 and $3,571 for the same basic pump replacement. I gave this company a second chance after the owner made things right the first time. After this experience, there will not be a third.

After my central a/c unit stopped blowing cold air I figured I'd take a look at it myself. I found…read morethe capacitor to be a rusty, slightly expanded mess. I was able to switch that out myself but I was still getting warm air. After reading some other reviews I had no doubt who I was going to call. J&M had great reviews everywhere I looked. After my experience with them, I can absolutely understand why and thoroughly agree with all those reviews. I called and Phil answered the phone immediately. I wasn't sure when I would be available so I called my significant other to see if she could be there to meet him that day. Not only was he able to come out the same day, he was literally there 20 minutes after I told him she would be there waiting. In the end I simply needed a recharge. Fortunately he had the older freon available that my a/c unit needed. This stuff isn't cheap, but the charge was more than fair for the quick visit and the recharge. Phil had great communication and my a/c is blowing ice cold once again. There was plenty of opportunity to try and pull one over on my other half but that simply isn't what they do. They find the problem and fix the problem without trying to take advantage of the customer. It's difficult to find a company you can trust these days. I'm really glad I did and 100% recommend J&M to anyone needing HVAC service.

He let us know that our 16-year-old system had about a year left, if that much. And was he right. Our new AC/furnace system was installed today and it works like a charm. Phil cares about his customers and does great work. He is reliable, responsible, friendly, and an expert at what he does. Will use no one else now that we have Phil and J&M Heating and Cooling!
