The two 18 hole courses are meticulously maintained and with a membership of 560, tee times are always available. The staff is friendly and accommodating to the needs of all members. The club house offers beautiful views of the golf course and the new chef and his staff have brought our dining experience to a new level of excellence. One of the unique features of Imperial that I appreciate is that many of its members live in other communities and have chosen to join Imperial because of all it has to offer. This characteristic means we have golfing partners and friends who live throughout Naples and Bonita Springs. For the women of Imperial, the "Girlfriends Group" offers many activities every month ranging from MahJongg lessons, kayaking adventures, luncheon cruises, a trip to Ringling Estates and educational classes on technology. For all members there are social events every week which range from couples golf and dinner, trivia contests, formal dinner dances and outdoor concerts. If you are interested in joining a friendly golfing community with a variety of social activities and a warm, friendly atmosphere, a visit to Imperial should be at the top of your list.

I had been a member of the club for more than 20 years but when I became ill as a result of my service in Vietnam, the club would not permit me a leave of absence since I had previously used a leave of absence. The heart condition from which I suffered was so severe that the Veterans' Administration ruled me as 100% disabled. By not allowing me a leave of absence, the Club has deliberately violated the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Pool was small for the amount of people that was there. Slides are cool but definitely need more space for pool and chairs. It felt like everyone was on top of each other. It was not comfortable at all. If the hotel is at full capacity the pool is not enjoyable because the people simple do not fit. Golf was great. However, the staff at the course was not helpful but the premises were really nicely kept. The golf store was very nice and the staff there was helpful and polite. Restaurants in this hotel are not their best characteristic. The outdoor restaurant by the pool seems to be the preferred one but it was not great. The food was just OK. The rooms were spacious and nicely kept. Overall, it is a nice hotel.

In particular, Front desk, Kayly and, Ryan were both so attentive to our needs. You could really tell they enjoy their job and care about hospitality. Additionally, Melissa brought up our charcuterie to our room and was just the sweetest bubbliest person we met there. Cheryl in the fitness center was very welcoming, and showed us around and seemed to truly enjoy her job. Christian was also very kind at the restaurant bar. Tiago was helpful with the bar amenities for our anniversary. We truly would go back solely for the great service we received.

Short and certainly not worth what they charge but they do due to supply (lack of) and demand (very high). I can accept the fact that they charge what they can get. However, this may be the worst driving range I have ever experienced in all my years. I went there for the first time to hit balls, paid the overpriced charge of $22 for a large bucket and I had to hit off of "mats" that weren't golf mats at all. It was a green covering over hard, bumpy dirt. You could not hit balls off of these. I get more forgiveness from my living room carpet. I moved onto the grass but was quickly told by the Ranger that it was forbidden. When I told him you can't hit off those "mats", he just defended them and said I couldn't hit off the grass. I get golf courses alternate between hitting off mats and grass for all the right reasons. But the mats should be mats and not mini golf green coverings. Investing in real golf mats would provide them with a 10 fold return. They obviously don't care about providing a good golf experience for the money. All they care about is the sound of the register. I will never go back. Do yourself a favor and go to Stoneybrook or Spanish Wells.
