I'm suspicious where all these positive reviews come from when you can't even rely on her to come out and give you an estimate! This is not the caliber of professional service I'm seeking.

I had to go around and double check everything was properly deep cleaned. I do understand that checking is part of the 100% guarantee, but I wish I didn't have to ask them to go back and re clean some areas For $600 worth of cleaning (including rug and chair)...I shouldn't have to follow people around after they are done to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned. But overall a good experience. I would potentially use the In the future...it's just very expensive. My place does feel very clean though.
