She does a great job, even with my difficult to find veins, and is very pleasant and helpful. The lab is on a walk in basis during business hours. I was then notified several months into waiting for the appointment that it had been cancelled by the office and I would need to be rescheduled. Instead of getting a somewhat sooner appointment (hoping for maybe beginning of next year), I was told I would have to wait another 7 months for my appointment. This is entirely unacceptable for any medical practice, especially with such a large group like Trihealth. I expected better and unfortunately their patients are clearly not their top priority.
