If you care about your loved one, do not put them in this facility. My mom was in Bridgepoint for 5 months and we finally moved her to a new facility. They said that she "gets a bath two times a week." My mom would be in the same clothes for over two weeks at a time and her hair looked like someone rubbed Vaseline in it because it was so greasy. The nursing home never contacted us about anything with our mom. In fact they vaccinated her for Covid after we asked them not to do so. My brother is her legal guardian and he was never notified of anything they were doing with our mom. The lack of communication is terrible. Please find somewhere else to put your loved one. If they are here, they just keep your loved one alive. That's it. My mom's toenails were so long they were curling over the front of her toes. I didn't know because we were only allowed to visit in the cafeteria with her. On rare occasions I was allowed to go back in her room and I would wash her hair in the sink so that at least she would have clean hair. Corporate needs to get ahold of this place. You are treating these people incredibly inhumanly. I could write a book about this place but spare your loved one and at least put them somewhere they will be bathed. This place deserves a 0 star review. read more

Encompass is the best by far there is no comparison I've gotten to know a lot of them and it's a blessing to call them my friends. All the staff that works here goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met. From the drs to all the staff make you feel like you're their only patient. There're so many positive things about Encompass if you need to go there once you will always try to go back. The next time you need rehab think about what you want to get out of your stay. If you put the effort in the staff will help you reach your goal. i think the highest score you can give them is a five if it was possible I'd give them 5x that.

There have been so many improvements this facility has accomplished with new ownership, residents are happy, staff is friendly. They seem to truly care about the residents and their well-being. I was transitioned to Villaspring after I shattered my hip and had a hip replacement (this was…read moreimmediately following a stroke with hospital stay and rehab). Most of the staff was very apathetic (especially the night staff). I was almost given the wrong medication a few times. Fortunately for me, I know my medication very well. I have severe anxiety. My panic attacks were commonly ignored. One night, I cried and borderline screamed the entire night (I didn't sleep). The nurse ignored me, even though she could have talked me down or given me a Xanax, which I am prescribed. It was my first night there, and I was scared. I went to a different rehab facility (Encompass) after my stroke, and had very few panic attacks. The staff was always able to talk me down. Some nights, I waited as long as an hour to use the restroom. I had alarms on my bed (pretty standard). I eventually started setting off my alarm after 20 minutes, so the staff would come in and I could use the restroom. I am not a difficult patient. I never had problems like these anywhere else (hospital, other rehab). Don't send your family or yourself here! It was terrible.

My mother Ms Bonnie is currently dealing with an upset stomach, requiring frequent changes. These three young ladies have been coming back and forth to her room continuously. They are remarkably gentle, compassionate, and professional in getting her cleaned up and fresh.Second, I want to recognize her speech therapist, Heather (affectionately known there as "Hot Dog"). Heather has been incredibly caring and helpful during meal times. She has been closely monitoring my mother to ensure she can swallow her food safely, while working hard to identify her best needs and figure out the exact eating level plan she should be on.In this field, a lot of places do not provide this level of care, but these four individuals truly stand out. I want to ensure their hard work is formally recognized by management and placed in their personnel files. do not work here or send your loved ones here. i am a worker here and the workers are snobby and…read morerude, and they are outrageously rude to the residents here. the workers put on a show for people who come visit their loved ones, all the nice, and happy, and smiles you see is all fake! today October 23, 2025 a nurse here was telling other nurses that a resident here was not liking the idea of him have a catheter, so he got upset and was saying he didn't want it on himself, and he was moving around, and the nurse told the other nurses she snatched him by his feet and yanked him to the edge of the bed and yelled at him in his face "you're going to keep this f**king catheter on rather you like it or not" she was demonstrating how she was pulling him as if she was proud of herself. this is a elderly who has pain and is fragile!!!! anything that you accidentally missed of your loved ones belongings after they've passed away, the nurses either throw the items away or give them to other residents or take them home for themselves.... to me that is just very disrespectful. about 2 weeks or so ago, i over heard a resident telling a nurse that another nurse slapped her in the face :( this place is just awful, and it's too expensive.
