I was nervous going in this morning but I was kept smiling (with lovely cups of coffee) for the whole three hours. I had my color beautifully done by Tanya, a great cut with loads of time taken to reassure me by Stuart, and a lovely hair wash and head massage by Penny (I hope I have the name right).
