Had my hair highlighted and cut by the assistant manager and the dye job was probably the best I've ever had - other salons have asked me where I got it done. While like most salons the prices are a little high the outcome was definitely worth it. The staff were all talkative and listened to their customers needs. Seemed to have a lot of regulars coming in and out - always a good sign.

I don't find the prices to be extortionate either - a cut, wash and blow dry costs me around the £27 mark. Note - they don't take any form of credit or debit cards but I believe they do accept cheques with a guarantee card, although it'd be best to check that! The staff are happy to spend a while going over what you want from your haircut and also give you tips to try at home which I found invaluable. The staff are also lovely to talk to and you never experience the awkward silence. The salon itself is very modern, they have space for 5 (I think!) peoples hair to be cut at once. The only downside to this hairdressers is that parking can be a little tricky but it's one small niggle for a great haircut!

The salon is bright and attractive, with a comfortable seating area to wait, and the offer of tea or coffee. Having my hair washed was a very pleasant experience, the chair/sink combination was actually comfortable, and a nice head massage thrown in. My hairdresser, Adam, listened attentively to what I wanted, explained what he was doing, and was friendly and just the right amount of chatty. I'm very pleased with my new cut. The salon wasn't busy when I was there, just one other customer, but I liked it very much and will be back. Price for a wash and cut was £27, more than I've spent before, but worth it.
