The owner is absolutely lovely, very chatty but also great at making you relax and just enjoy the experience. My hairdresser is Vicky. I've never met a more sweet and patient hairdresser. I'm sure I'm not an easy customer and she is so genuine about wanting to get it right for me she puts me right at ease so I can say whatever I need to to get the cut and colour I want.The consultation was brilliant and I now have a very stylish haircut with highlights and feel feminine and sexy.

I was trying to call T&G that i would be late, unfortunately there was no signal in the parking. When i was there i was told the hairdresser was no longer available as i was late. Well, being late was my fault I dont blame anyone. I asked about the solution she said only a more expensive stylist was available. I agreed as i had no other option. I was very shocked about her attitute as this never happened in my life for any service like this and i was complaining 'this is my first time but I probably wouldn't...' Not until i finished the sentence, Sharon turned over to me and pointed her fingers on me wagging her finger, raising her voice: it is your fault to be late....' I said it was my fault to be late but don't be rude to me pointing your fingers on me.. She pointed the board 'Zero torlerance' to me shouting much louder : GET OUT OF HERE...What? ! Being late is my fault and i said sorry and accepted another stylist, it doesn't mean you can shout and point your fingers on me and asked me GET OUT! Sharon came back to the reception and said : she is not taking to you. You are not allowed to talk to this receptionist....If you get out now i wouldn't charge you. ' Fine! I obviously left! This was all my experience in T&G Maiden today 31st August 2023. I tried to call the service at 02079219000 it doesn't work. Clearly I won't be returning to T&G Maidenhead any time soon.
