    Great place to get your yearly contacts and glasses. Dr Siegel is very throughout and truly cares about your eyesight.

I went to this eye care center for a routine contact & eye glass exam. The OD gave me 4 different trial contact lens to try. After calling 800 number I scheduled an appointment to go back because none of the trial pairs were working (1 pair ripped, 2 pairs gave me headaches, 1 pair simply did NOT give me clear vision). After being told by the 800 number rep to go back to the OD and explain my concerns, because I was in my 3 month trial window, I was met with frustration, attitude, and being talked to like I was incompetent. Simply, because I made another appointment and refused to wear the four trial pairs Jessica the OD gave me. I was told "I should have worn them even if they gave me headaches or ripped." I got emotional and even offered to go home to get the ripped contacts. After continued disrespect, I requested to speak to the manager and requested a refund. I was rudely denied a refund and the only course of action was to "start over" with the OD which is what I ORIGINALLY REQUESTED!!! Although I left with a working pair of contacts, I had to call another location to speak to the Regional Manager about my horrific, condescending, blatant disrespectful treatment by the OD, Jessica Bergana, and one of her female eye technicians (NOT Tony he is amazing ). The Regional Manager did call me back but I will NEVER return to this business and plan to tell everyone how this location treats their customers. I am sure Pearl Vision will value my business.

So beware of Clarkson as a whole.). We got our annuals and I asked for lens replacement in two sets of eyeglasses. First off, they were 45 minutes late and we had other appointments that day so this already made us nervous. I asked the guy who was taking care of glasses orders while my other family member was back there if he could start on paperwork for the lens replacement and just enter my prescriptions after my appointment. Nope. Computer is down. Um, how are you running a business that day?? I finally get to go back and the tech was nice enough. The doctor portion was literally 90 seconds and she acted like her lunch was more important than giving me her time. Then it was time for the glasses lens stuff to be done and I told him no less than three times I did NOT want blue screen tint on them. Which he completely ignored and I got to pay $400 out of pocket for the privilege. We were there for THREE hours total and kept telling them we had a doctor appointment we were now going to be late for but god forbid they stop chit chatting with each other to get us out. We were livid. They also screwed up our contact lens order and we had to deal with them three times total to get it fixed. Avoid this and apparently all Clarkson locations unless you have leisure time and money to burn for a product you don't even want. (I know blue light coating isn't forced on you now either because I've been to two other places since and they both verified that's an extra charge and largely never needed.)

    I had gone to them over a year ago, had a bad experience, and decided to put it behind me. Now,…read moreafter a year I find out what these morons actually did. On my first of three visits for one appointment I had the eye exam, picked out my glasses, and left thinking everything was good and I'd pick up my glasses in two weeks. I got the call, came to get them, put them on and immediately knew something was wrong. The left eye was blurry, and was clearly not correct. I told them this isn't right, and grudgingly they conceded and let me make another appointment to come back for another exam, free of charge. I came back after a week, did the exam, and the doctor admitted the prescription seemed off on the left eye. They sent off the glasses, and two weeks go by, I went back and pick them up. Same issue! The left eye is still all blurry. I start to get upset, but stayed calm enough to say this isn't right. They said, "If you come back for another visit then it'll be $75." I said that was fine but I wanted a different doctor this time. They agreed, and after a week I went back. When I showed up for the third appointment there were no other customers, just me. I had a business meeting that day but I thought I'll get to the eye doctor, early, check in, and be back home to get into Zoom in time. I sign in 15 minutes early, but I had to wait a few minutes, then one of the receptionists takes me back, gets my info and walks out. I look at my watch and say to myself, "Okay, my meeting is at noon, and it's 11:00 right now, so plenty of time." I live about 10 minutes from here, so I wait. And I wait. And I wait. I look down at my watch watching the minutes droll on and no eye doctor. After 27 minutes, 27 MINUTES, I finally say, "Screw this", get up and walk to the front where there are still no other patients. I say, "Give me my money back." Then the doctor comes out of his office and acts like he's going in to see me in the other room. He says, "Where are you going?" I say, "I'm leaving, you have the audacity to keep me waiting for 30 minutes. I have a meeting to go to." Then this turd says sheepishly, "I had a family emergency." Now break this down and think about it. He thinks he can just say, "family emergency" and that trumps everything. So IF it's a family emergency then why are you still here? IF it's an emergency then why didn't you get one of your receptionists to tell me I'd have to reschedule? IF it's an emergency why did you ask me where I was going? I said, "I'm done with you and this place, give me my money back." Keep in mind, the money issue is because I use my insurance and I can only go once a year. The receptionists tell me that I'll have to talk to the Office Manager. I end up talking to the Manager and she says, "Sorry, can't refund for services rendered." Okay... that's how life goes. I accept the fact that these morons exist, they have no idea what they're doing, but I'll just move on with my life and not deal with them. No point in letting them get the best of me beyond me knowing I'll never go back. THEN I FOUND OUT WHAT CAUSED THE WHOLE THING! Fast forward to today, I had to wait a year to go to the eye doctor since I had no insurance to use because of these Vision Asshats. I drive over 40 minutes to my old doctor. Take my frames from the previous year with me because I did like them and I figure I'll have to spend the money to get lenses anyway. The idea was I'd use my new insurance for the computer glasses I need, and use the frames from the previous year that caused me all the trouble, and use them for my long distance driving. After I get the exam they look at the old glasses. They say, "Yeah, these are way off in the left eye." I say, "Yeah, I thought so." So now I'm feeling good about myself that I'm not wrong, that there was an issue. So I pick out my new frames, order the old frames some new lenses for the purposes of seeing at distance and I'm about to leave. Then the lady helping with the glasses looks at me and says, "Do you want the blue block on these again?" I say, "Excuse me? You mean on the new frames, the one I ordered for when I'm on the computer?" She looks back at her hand to make sure she's holding the right ones and says, "No, the old ones. They have blue block on them." Then it hits me! I know what these geniuses at Vision Professionals did, they put in the right lens as far-sighted, and the left lens as computer distance! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Who does that? Do they expect me to close one eye when driving, or when I'm on the computer?! If this was intentional then they're malicious pieces of crap, but if an accident then they're just incompetent. Go here at your risk people, you have been warned.

The optometrist did not impress me at all although the short young lady that did the testing was just as nice and friendly as you will ever find. Now I have to go somewhere else to get a proper prescription.
