Either doctors found my symptoms a complete mystery, even specialists didn't have knowledge about what to do with my strange symptoms and skewed test results, or I would get treatments that did help manage my symptoms but didn't repair my underlying issues... Fast forward to Dr Aimee Quin! She had me run a series of tests that I had never before heard of or seen. She thoroughly understood and then explained to me EVERY line item on my test results, giving me a clear understanding of my health picture. She carefully selects, prescribes and guides my use of high quality neutraceuticals which bolster me to feel SO much better AND address the underlying deficiencies which led to my symptoms in the first place. She is prompt, professional, clear, thorough and generous with her valuable time. Her outlook is positive, uplifting, and can-do. Only a couple months into working with Dr. Aimee I feel better than I have in... well, ever. How happy I am to work with this gem of a doctor and human. Thank you Dr. Aimee!

I initially went in for anxiety. The consultation I received was very thorough and professional. I never once felt uncomfortable in the setting. The acupuncture itself was obviously not painful and the process was explained to me thoroughly before beginning. I felt much more relaxed afterwards and truly feel that a few treatments helped my anxiety. The visible result came months later- I was bit by a dog multiple times on my legs and feet. I required surgery for these bites- my foot was a mess. I couldn't walk for a bit, and then needed crutches for 3 months. When I started functioning again, I couldn't move the toes on my right foot (the one that had the surgery) and limped on it still. I used my next acupuncture treatment for my foot instead of my anxiety to see if it would help. After that one treatment, I stopped limping and could move all of my toes again- my boyfriend was absolutely amazed at the difference. If you are looking for excellent acupuncture by knowledgeable professionals who are truly kind, definitely look here.

Frankly, I was a bit suspicious of the chiropractic field after having some bad experiences at other places. Some chiropractors seem to want to get you on a continuous plan to fund their new cars. I had one once try to sell me cow spleen pills. How on earth is that supposed to help my back? The guys and gals at Idaho Chiropractic are fundamentally different from the competition I've visited. First and foremost, they are trying to work themselves out of jobs. They don't just want to crack you and kick you through the revolving door. If you pay attention, they'll tell you what you need to do to stretch and strengthen so that you have very little need for their services. In fact, as my desk job, spiraling laziness, and adding a few years led to more and more back pain, I attribute their attitude and ideas for encouraging me to get in the best shape of my life at 40 and having a pretty much pain-free existence. ("What's more convenient for you, exercising 1 hour per day, or being dead for 24 hours per day?") Now that I am in the gym once per day and regularly using some of the stretches and exercises taught to me by Chris, I have very little problems other than the unusual strain from playing too hard, and I visit these guys much less frequently. If you're interested in not just temporarily fixing pain, but living pain free, these are the people to see. One more bonus: their office staff is amazing. They're always helpful and friendly, and they always fit me in, even on short notice.

The care I've received has always been timely, thoughtful, and effective. Dr. Walton went well above and beyond to help me through a case of shingles that was incredibly painful, and I'm very grateful for the support and attention she provided during that time. Her team is also excellent -- friendly, professional, and clearly committed to making patients feel taken care of. One thing that really stands out about her clinic is the environment. It feels far more like a wellness retreat than a cold, clinical setting. Even when I'm receiving prolotherapy injections directly into bone tissue, I somehow leave feeling more relaxed than when I walked in. A lot of credit goes to the calming space, the staff, and Dr. Walton's bedside manner. Sara Jo changed my life!…read more I suffered from severe back pain for almost 14 years after an accident. Most days I couldn't put my own pants, socks and boots on.
