I have seen many other doctors in the past, but they were so far away. I found Dr. Minjoo Oh via Aetna website, where she has many positive reviews. I then looked her up on Yelp and saw many great reviews there as well so I thought I gave her a try. The office is small, Dr. Oh operates the office by herself, but everything seems very organized. The treating room is a small place with 4 beds with curtain, so patients have to share the same room. My first time seeing Dr. Oh 3 years ago; she took my vital signs and told me that my body is imbalance. I could understand what she meant as I do martial arts and a lot of punching and kicking on the right side. As I laid down, I told her my neck and shoulders pain. She began to stick needles from the top of my head down to my ankle. I actually counted 80 needles total. Then she put heat lamps over the needles and asked me to lay there for 20 minutes. I could feel the internal Chi going up and down my body as if the blood started to flow. After 20 minutes, she came back and remove the needles and she did it so fast too. :) She then cup my back, neck and shoulders. I walked out of her clinic with no more tightness on my neck and shoulders. Of course, it was not going to help with just one session, so I continued to see her for the course of 3-4 months, and have been feeling fine since. I really recommend Dr. Oh. I have been attending acupuncture for almost four years now and have no problem stating it's the…read morebest, most efficient, and enthralling type of medicine currently used in today's society. I went in originally for an ankle injury that impeded my work and wound up going back for other issues I've had my entire life including severe anxiety and depression. Acupuncture has helped me conquer them all in waves I didn't think possible. It's a practice that's been around for thousands of years, however, places like Scottsdale Integrative Acupuncture have not only made it relevant in the modern era, but has created an updated nuance of the medicinal premise that makes me wonder why it's not practiced (or advocated) by more people in the medical community. Acupuncture is also more than a premise, it's a promise. Like a mysterious character in a book, acupuncture reveals itself slowly, but surely as a definitive and reliable entity you'll love more and more as you get involved. Each time you enter through its many doors, the more likely you'll rely on them being open to help you. Whether it's physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, or in many amazing cases such as my own, a combination of them all intertwined, you will feel the difference immediately. But it's not ever going to be just about the practice itself, but the amazing healers that represent and honor it and as a participant, I believe Constance Bradley to be in the category of an elite acupuncturist. She is patient, soulful, and has a complete, beautiful awareness of the special treatment she undoubtedly believes in. She is passionate in this belief and extremely intelligent on the many facets of what acupuncture really can offer. She'll answer all your questions, dedicate your time to your needs, and listens to the story of why you decided to try or continue acupuncture in the first place. I've known her for as long as I've had acupuncture in my life and the trust I have in her ability as well as her practice is solidified in the results. If you're afraid of the "needles", try to let that cliché falter for the greater good. They aren't designed or used to harm you, only to help heal. Constance and many talented other acupuncturists have been trained in what they do and have infiltrated the necessary knowledge to ensure all in need of this wonderful and powerful treatment guides you to health and happiness. I wholeheartedly believe this pseudoscience was crafted to help all of us who couldn't or didn't find results through pills, surgery, aids made of metal, or just psychological therapy. It was created because someone wanted (and then did) prove there truly is an alternative way to lead a better life. I tell all my friends and family to try acupuncture first when they have any sort of issue in their lives. If you are smart enough, you'll try acupuncture. If you're really smart, you'll go to Scottsdale Integrative Acupuncture to ensure you'll meet Constance. She and this powerful essence can change your life!

I just completed my 10-session package with her, and I can wholeheartedly say she is exceptionally professional, warm, gentle, and profoundly caring. If you're new to acupuncture or hesitant about needles, Cinthia practices Japanese acupuncture, which is wonderfully gentle and minimalist while being remarkably effective. You don't feel the needles, and her approach is deeply soothing. As someone managing C-PTSD and developmental trauma, feeling safe in a practitioner's space is very important to me. From the moment you walk in, her office is impeccably clean, peaceful, and calming. Cinthia creates an environment of such deep safety and welcome that even while going through one of the most stressful periods of my life, I am able to completely let go, relax, and regularly fall asleep on her table, or get very deeply relax and down-regulate from a high stress and hyperaroused state. The results have been extremely effective and beneficial. For years, I struggled with gut issues that made gaining weight nearly impossible. Since I started my Acupuncture sessions with Cinthia on July 11th, which is just over 45 days ago, my gut issues are starting to resolve, and I have successfully gained 7 pounds. Alongside that, my sleep has noticeably improved, and my stress and anxiety have dropped significantly. Beyond the sessions themselves, Cinthia is an extraordinary practitioner. She is wonderfully accommodating with scheduling, super responsive via text and email, provides extra support outside of appointments, always checks in, and promptly produces superbills to submit to insurance. I will be continuing my care with her because having this level of grounded, expert support in my life right now is invaluable to me. If you're looking for a practitioner who treats you as a whole person, has nervous system regulation protocols integrated into her practice, and creates true healing space, I highly recommend Cinthia. You will find such deep and profound healing through her support.

I haven't shared my health struggles with many people, because I just don't like to complain. I know everyone has struggles with things and I am no exception. But, I told myself that if this worked, I would shout it from the rooftops So here we are. I had a number of complications after having August. Once I was able to leave the hospital, the issues slowly continued. Over the next six months, they began to be unbearable. I was constantly in horrible pain & felt sick 15-20 days out of the month. Some days I couldn't even get out of bed. I wasn't able to enjoy the life I had waited so long to have. After countless Doctor visits, tests, scans and MRI's. I was told I had multiple issues, including Endometriosis. I had heard of it, but had no clue what it really was and that almost 7 million women deal with this diagnosis. It was a literal hell. I was told I would need major surgery and that wouldn't even be a 100% fix. I decided to try another route. After much research I found Oasis Women's Clinic. I was met with more empathy and kindness than any Doctor I've ever had. She assured me that she could have me feeling better with weekly visits using traditional Chinese acupuncture and herbal medicine. Each week I felt better and better. I was in less and less pain, and was finally sleeping. It did come with work on my part. I changed the entire way I was eating. I stopped eating cold foods, salads, smoothies Etc. & my 20 plus years of being a Vegetarian have completely gone out the window ( I still can't stomach red meat lol but never say never ) And guess what?????? Not only do I have my life back....I have it back better than EVER!!! I feel like a new woman. If you are struggling with any area of your health and are looking for a different approach, there is HOPE!!!! I can't recommend Dr. Rebecca more highly. Her work is second to none!!!

Then my husband and I decided to hold off on trying for a baby because I needed surgery to remove my left Fallopian tube and some endometriosis. Fast forward to February of 2022, we became pregnant but I had my second miscarriage. I felt so hopeless and afraid. I started doing research on doctors, acupuncturists, herbs, supplements, etc. While seeing Rebecca, I was also seeing an infertility specialist who ran a full panel of tests to see if there was a reason as to why I was miscarrying. From February until about July we were instructed by our doc to hold off on trying until we received our tests back. In the meantime, Rebecca helped prepare my body for conception. I was given herbal teas weekly to drink. We did acupuncture sessions once a week. She tailored each session to how I was feeling that week. Bad migraine? Okay we will focus on that and do acupuncture in the areas that we're experiencing pain. Feeling extra crampy or pain in pelvis? We did extra work in the pelvic region and she would adjust the teas according to how I felt. I will also mention, that even though we were preparing my body for conception, Rebecca was also working on my endometriosis pain. My pain was usually at about an 8-9 every time I had a period. I even had horrible pain when I wasn't menstruating. A few months in, I noticed my pain had substantially gotten better. My periods were at a about a 4, which was honestly unheard of for me. In July, I was given the okay by my doc to try again since all my tests came back normal. In September, I found out I was pregnant again. I was terrified, but Rebecca always seemed confident and was always optimistic about it. This pregnancy was definitely different than my previous two, as in I felt symptoms pretty much instantly and because I didn't bleed at all, which with the other two I did. I honestly attribute that to the help of Rebecca and the practice of Chinese medicine. I was so skeptical, but here I am today writing this and I'm 15 weeks. Not only is she great at what she does, her presence is calm and she makes you feel like you're a good friend of hers. I will continue to see Rebecca throughout my life and will definitely see her when we try to conceive baby number 2. I'm a for life customer and friend. Thank you so much Rebecca!
