They couldn't give us a definitive answer to our cat's problem. They seem to have a high priority of selling food and other products. Also, there is no onsite emergency services. While waiting, we could hear our dog vocalizing in pain and staff speaking and LAUGHING LOUDLY, which felt very inappropriate given the situation. This was one of the most painful experiences our family has gone through, and we felt there was a lack of compassion and professionalism during such a sensitive procedure.
