How could an inspector possibly get THIS ONE wrong? House needs complete rewiring that the electrician says he almost never recommends, a new roof, and a blocked sewer line dug up and repaired all missed. inspection consists of recommending you call an electrician, plumber, roofer, structural engineer etc. to review thsee systems. Huge enexpected expenses I will likely never recover. check the disclaimers - you basically pay for nothing but headaches. Couldn't turn a breaker on/off or remove a single outlet cover! Trees in the electric lines, no outside water faucet, didn't notice, or I would've been told to ask an arborist. read more
