Hello, My name is Connor I was a client of Greater lakes mental health, and it is a Joke, it…read moregaslights it's client's, drops you as a client, and makes your life miserable, I had A therapist there named Mark, he was the best they had, unfortunately all he and I really did was play chess, or play frisbee, I was somewhere between 14 and 16 they for some reason they thought I was in daycare, then they put your child in charge of their own care at 13, the age where things change big time for a child, and they can now be manipulated, gaslit, and had bullshit paperwork filed about them Like Adults and be in charge of making adult decisions about their own mental health despite not being able to handle it? really? well I think the 1920s called, this made me feel like I was in a Looney bin every time I showed up felt like the latest addition of Looney tunes every week, only I had to be the fool, this didn't feel like therapy, it felt like class warfare and an exercise in futility, It's now hard to keep actual therapists because of them and I can say, that if they still provide medical services. DO NOT DO IT. I did, and I have gotten harmed by that "psychiatric care" in terms of a pill cocktail their doctor, doctor "Po" gave me. That Man shouldn't just be fired, he should be in prison for life. all in all this place is so bad it makes the happy hotel from hazbin hotel look great by comparison, Hide your kids from these people guys. My kid was involuntarily hospitalized and missed an appointment. They weren't able to call anyone, not even me, in order to cancel the appointment. Even though the situation was explained as soon as they got out of the hospital, there was zero compassion for a young person, with no money, who was obviously failed by them and ended up in the hospital. These absolute criminals still extorted my kid for $160 missed appointment fee. They pray on young, sick people and you should stay as far away as possible.

This women is terrible at her job…read more I was a patient of hers for only a few months, I stopped seeing her because instead of listening to my concerns and giving a proper diagnosis(ended up being DID) she dismissed it and put me on anti-psychotics - if you are put on them without having a psychotic disorder it makes everything worse - which caused a suicide attempt. Where she then called me stupid, never gave me an emergency meeting such as is required for that situation and said the reason was she "never knew" even though her scheduling team was clearly told.

I would have hoped that at the half way point a reassessment would have been done with a change in the treatment plan. The treatments greatly increased my anxiety level and caused very bizarre dreams. I had high hopes for some level of improvement and was deeply disappointed when it did not happen. I was $2000 out of pocket along with 30 5 day a week appointments which was very stressful while trying to work full time. TMS can be very helpful for many I just wish there was more monitoring by the staff when it became obvious it was not working.
