I honestly couldn't wait as I was dealing with the loss of my son and needed help badly, I just needed someone who could help me. Here we are over six months into my therapy and so much has changed. When I originally came in I had a list of things that I felt I needed addressed, and then we finished the first target of therapy. Something happened that I wasn't expecting. So many layers of my onion brain were slowly being peeled back and unfolding. I could not have made it this far without the help of my therapist James Truesdell. He has a soft, patient tone that is so comforting and easy during your healing process. He made me feel safe every time and was always concerned about my overall well being. I would see him time and time again, highly recommend.

don't let my rating fool you into thinking this is a bad place. I've been seen there for around 4…read moremonths at the time of this writing and this was in regards to medication management. my service provider has been very helpful, extremely knowledgeable as well as clear and concise in our dealings. why the low rating? it's all in regards to billing and payment. during the initial paperwork for intake I read the whole thing through and found that it stated they'd be keeping a credit/debit card on file and would bill services immediately, without any contact or providing a receipt. I get that no one wants to be left swinging in the breeze without payment but, this has bothered me every time it's come up. I've elected to pay cash with this business and they don't seem to have an immediate problem with that but, here it comes.... when they call to say your bill come to "insert amount here" and can we please have a card number to get it taken care of. I decline and say I'll bring cash over. then I get asked, "will that be today or at your next appointment?" and followed up with I'll add a note to your account. also, my insurance tends to take a few weeks to get the bill through the system and let the provider know what they can charge. this place has collected from me before that process has been completed. all of this just seems odd to me. if it weren't for the incredible interactions with my service provider I'd be going elsewhere because of the billing.

Our son, who has found it difficult to communicate in general, opened up to Dr.Julie very easily. The result of the evaluation not only helped us make the appropriate educational decisions for our son, but also finally got to the bottom of what our son needed. We had consulted with many professionals about our son's fatigue (even his psychiatrist and doctor could not figure out why he was always so exhausted), but Dr. Julie was the ONLY one who recommended a sleep study. In fact, it was this sleep study that revealed he had sleep apnea, which only worsened his sensory issues, fatigue and ADHD related symptoms. A CPAP mask should help alleviate his fatigue, which is such a relief! Dr. Julie is not only highly competent, but she is also kind, compassionate and thorough. We are grateful for Dr. Julie's help!
