I tried calling a few times after my initial call and got no response. Then I try to drop off the application fee check and she is not at the office, the office is locked in fact. I called her 5 times, no response. I finally text her and her response is harsh and uncalled for. She then proceeds to call me rude because I called to ask questions about the property. She seems annoyed that I have questions and are refusing to answer them. The owner should be aware that such an aggressive and rude person is managing their property.

We were calling real estate agents from our condo trying to look at homes. Out of dozens of calls, two agents called me back. That's how I met Blaga. Unfortunately, the house we wanted to see was already gone. However, she agreed to meet with us to show us rental houses over a 24-hour period on Easter weekend. She showed us homes, helped find us a good fit for us and our dogs, negotiated some details on the pets for us, and we signed the lease and were on our way. I was so impressed with the service and skills that when it came time to buy a home, I asked her to be our representative. She found us a wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood that was at a great price. The home she suggested didn't impress me on the Internet but she took us through the house and showed us what the ad didn't. With her help, our bid (one of three) was the winning bid, despite not being the highest. She then helped us negotiate an early exit to our lease so we could close on the house, and she did it with such grace that afterwards, the landlord asked her to manage the property for him. I would recommend her without reservation to anyone looking for a good real estate professional who knows the Austin market inside and out and has really amazing insight on matching people to places.
