The wait is long, and the atmosphere here is negative. I believe my husband can get better care somewhere else, but this is covered by insurance and because of his issue, he cannot travel far and this is the closest place we can go to. If management reads this, my advice, interview your employees that are supposed to be your first impression of your company a lot closer.
