Unfortunately, I am unable to write on the service received, due to the fact that I left after finding out I would have to wait approximately 30 minutes after already waiting for the doctor to get there 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Myself and another patient were the only two in the waiting room. After Waiting for approximately 25 minutes after my appointment time I was told by the receptionist that he was on his way from a meeting. I asked the other patient what time his appointment was scheduled and he stated that it was after mine, and that he just got there early. When the Doctor finally arrived, he called he other patient in the waiting room. I asked why he was taken before me and the only explanation I go from the receptionist was he had a doctor's appointment elsewhere and told him he would stop by when he got out. Am I missing something? Wouldn't a patient with an appointment take precedence over a person who does not? read more
