I am a wedding planner and my job is extremely physically demanding. This past wedding season I was in so much pain and could tell I needed an adjustment. I started seeing Dr. Correa in July 2014. I had a mixture of old sports injuries, whiplash history, and the wear and tear my current profession has on my body. The first time she evaluated me, she explained how my posture and the way I carry myself has direct correlation to where my body will strain with the lifestyle I live. She did several adjustments and also gave me different exercises to help my spine alignment. The end of my wedding season is finally here and last week I could not move my neck and I was in severe pain. I went to see her and she got my extreme pain to go away with all of the different techniques she does. Dr. Danielle Correa was covering for a chiropractor I was seeing on and off for a few months. I felt completely comfortable with her from the initial visit. She took her time to do her first evaluation with me. Dr. D asked what I felt had been working and not working so well with my previous chiropractors(have seen quite a few in my life). She asked A LOT of questions and took the time to really get to know me as a person : what I did for work, play, and past injuries. She then did an evaluation of how I stood, how I could bend, twist, etc. After the evaluation, she suggested a few adjustments that might help alleviate my pain and we went for it! She was amazed at how easily I could relax and how fast my body took the adjustments! She was able to lengthen one of my legs so that they were even! I saw Dr. Correa after I was rear-ended in rush hour traffic and my back pain wouldn't go away. Not only did she treat my back pain but she treated a lingering injury to my hip I sustained years ago. She's very thorough and will use different modalities to specifically treat a type of injury. Her fee is very reasonable. Dr. Correa takes pride in what she does. She wrote a very detailed report to submit to the insurance carrier and wouldn't take my money for her time. I have been seeing Dr. Danielle for about two months now once a week. My shoulder hurt and had little or no range of motion. It started in October and I have been just using my left arm thinking the rest would help my situation. Not true. The exercises and treatment by Dr. Danielle have helped me regain the use of my right arm. The pain has decreased and the function is on the way to normal. Just had an adjustment with Dr. Danielle Correa and I have to say I am really impressed. I've only been to a chiropractor one other time and didn't fully realize what having an adjustment can fully do for you.
