It turned out when we circled around about 40mins to actually luckily stepped in a building to find this business, our session is past ~20mins. I maybe mentioned to staff like "hey how come your place is so hard to find" and I was not complaining. She was like "well, we told you our location is by a liquor store." I know it's not your fault that we are arriving late due to not finding your small business, but you are like shaking things off as quick as a blink. And it was a very, very short and rush massage, since obviously it was clearly indicated by staff it was our fault by not coming on time. If she said something like "oh we are very sorry that we are newly opened business and it's indeed needed for some direction and luck or blah blah", I'd happily end our belated session and next time I will be on time. But no, all words clearly pinpointed that was 100% due to our fault. I'd admit it it's us belated, but I would be really still happy if I was not reminded by staff. I still tipped 15% of total for like 20mins of massaging and would never look back.
