I was given an option to either order a third part or I could return it nearly a year after purchase and use the money towards a different desk, I opted to build a custom desk through Jasen's and it was a wonderful experience. For the price, if I built this myself I wouldn't be saving much and that's not taking into account the cost of my hourly rate. Joe was with me every step of the way, ensuring that everything was handled properly and all the details were covered. I highly recommend this place. They have great customer service regardless of what other reviews say and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was right.

Follow up on poor quality of furniture delivered = non-existent This used to be a really great store from shopping to delivery and service but it's dead now! It's like working with zombies, no urgency, no customer care, just mindless bodies pretending to work in a dying store. The high end product is terribly made and has arrived with broken mechanisms and electronics and they have an occasional service technician without much ambition.
