Piece literally broken in half then came right off under the footrest. Their Guardian Protection only covers accidental not manufacture defect. They can't even tell me who the manufacturer is! I will NEVER give any of my future business to this store. No matter which state I live in. Tell your people NO! The replacement part arrived but also had defects (no fault to Jasen's, this was poor quality control from a supplier from overseas). I was given an option to either order a third part or I could return it nearly a year after purchase and use the money towards a different desk, I opted to build a custom desk through Jasen's and it was a wonderful experience. For the price, if I built this myself I wouldn't be saving much and that's not taking into account the cost of my hourly rate. Joe was with me every step of the way, ensuring that everything was handled properly and all the details were covered. I highly recommend this place. They have great customer service regardless of what other reviews say and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was right.
