He helped me with a back injury in the past and made sure to follow up on it for sometime after.

I emailed her a copy of the statement from UPMC and she never responded. I called back twice more to address the issue, and she said she was too busy to get to it. This chiropractor is corrupt, double-charging clients, and *not* worth your time. Normally I don't leave negative reviews online, but if I could go back and tell myself what I know about this business now, I would never have gone. Stay far away!

so, you know when you find a really great restaurant, hair salon, etc., and the first visit is so…read moreincredible that you go back, but are super disappointed?? the meal/service wasn't as good, the hair stylist must've had an "on" day that one time you went in because your hair now looks a-mess, etc... but what if you went back to your beloved business and actually had a better experience than your first?? what this lady (me) is doing from here on out is scheduling all her massages with this beloved small business. as a former coupon site junkie, searching for as many massage coupons/"deals" as my credit card would allow, this is certainly saying something: i would rather pay full price for a service i am certain will exceed my expectations and meet all my needs (known and unknown) rather than pay a discounted rate trying out all the massage places in the philadelphia/lancaster/harrisburg area (my original, failed, plan). honestly, my massage was even better than the first. and this is in no way putting down my original masseuse, but in fact trying to articulate how incredible a therapeutic effect is. since kate wasn't available last week, i went with sue, the owner (or manager; can't remember), and it was awesome - there is no better word to describe it. if i remember correctly, kate trained with sue (or vice versa) so they both had this stretch/massage technique thing going on and it felt sooooo goooooood. i even purchased a massage for my sister (which she loved and cannot wait to return for another); my mother now goes for regular visits. sincerely, i cannot say enough nice things about a therapeutic effect.

After seeing the doctor on his second visit they discussed a 6 appt treatment, my husband didn't go back after that. The chiropractor told him that he doesn't 'crack' patients anymore, because it's a dying treatment, WHAT? Every chiropractor that my friends and family go to, specifically go to them to be cracked, but ok? After not getting any relief my husband sought out a doctor and was referred to a different chiropractor. This office also has massage therapists and my husband said the office was always busy, so they must be doing ok despite not having a great chiropractor ‍ it was also clear that the chiropractor has a hand/wrist injury and maybe that is why he doesn't crack patients. Overall would not recommend for chiropractic work.
