Additionally, there are no hotel guest benefits or discounts to use the spa. Many spas offer little snacks or champagne complimentary, none of that, which is ok. When I came here years ago there was a hot tub in the women's locker room, that is now gone and nothing replaced it. The hot tub was nice, but way too many people in it at once. The pool desperately needed to be refinished, and repainted. The pool itself was nice but there were chunks of the floor that needed to be redone. We weren't even given a tour by the front desk lady. The showers had no water pressure or hot water. Overall it was not worth a $170 in my opinion. I've gotten better and longer massages at no frills spas for much less.

But I rallied and managed to make my way there by borrowing a friend's car, and there was zero acknowledgement of the call when I arrived.
