Came in for a girls weekend and the spa is just meh. I had a decent massage, but the room was freezing and the masseuse didn't have a lotion warmer so the lotion was just freezing cold. Additionally, there are no hotel guest benefits or discounts to use the spa. Many spas offer little snacks or champagne complimentary, none of that, which is ok. However, the self serve drink area wasn't the cleanest, there was a lack of towels. The salt room was ok, the sauna and steam room were nice. When I came here years ago there was a hot tub in the women's locker room, that is now gone and nothing replaced it. The hot tub was nice, but way too many people in it at once. The pool desperately needed to be refinished, and repainted. The pool itself was nice but there were chunks of the floor that needed to be redone. We weren't even given a tour by the front desk lady. The showers had no water pressure or hot water. Overall it was not worth a $170 in my opinion. I've gotten better and longer massages at no frills spas for much less. read more

The best way I can describe the Avani Spa is that it's $50 to get in and it's just an overpriced way to be in a pool where you're not surrounded by kids. The perks you get out of it are that you're surrounded by adults. Our time in the pool / Spa was that it was fairly quiet for what it was. They do have food by the way that will come to you for a nominal fee. We enjoyed that there is a sauna and a steam room too which were pretty much empty. I was not a fan of the showers good clean myself off with all the chlorine because the hot water was very minimal. The Salt Room is a overrated place and not worth anyone's time. Regardless of what people think, I would say that this is truly a $30 perk to charge not $50. They have an outdoor area but it's just a place to sunbathe and get a tan hoping you don't get sunburned. read more

Visited the spa for an ultimate pedicure and scalp ritual. The scalp ritual was very good with nice pressure. It does not include washing of the hair at all which was a bit surprising but it does include massage of arms, neck, feet, and shoulders. I would probably get it again, but show up with clean hair. It seems like they are trying to cash in on the scalp treatment craze without the proper setup. I would hate to be the therapist constantly treating hair that was waiting to be washed. The pedicure was mid. (Check out this ole gal using hip lingo). The trim and polish job on the toes wasn't great, but the tech was nice and massage decent. I wouldn't go back for the pedicure. Polish selection was slightly limited as well. They use Dazzle Dry exclusively. The pool is beautiful and I would love to see it more in the autumn while the leaves fall and change color or when it is snowing. Unfortunately the spa overall needs some love. At least 25% of the lockers were broken and did not lock. The salt room is mediocre like mentioned in another review - just some walls of salt. The steam room and sauna are okay. There isn't much to do for couples - whirlpool is temporarily a cryotherapy (I question whether it's cold enough to be effective though?), and the co-ed salt room was not relaxing leaving the pool. I would possibly go back for a massage and consider the day spa part of it a free add on, but it's sad they've let it fall into the state it is now. Disappointed in our experience. The place was overcrowded and rowdy. I felt like I was at a spring break pool. People were yelling, crushing beer cans, and so loud. Got an amazing massage here during our weekend getaway. I had an amazing Theripist's Carissa (hope I am spelling that right). She asked me if I had any problem areas and I told her about my static nerve pain. Man did she work me good. She had tricks no other theripist had tried on me prior and the relief I feel after that is amazing. I highly recommend her if you have similar issues. The vibe of the spa is peaceful. If you get a service you have access to the spa only pool, hot tub and amenities. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working on the day we were there. I absolutely love staying at The Abbey! I found it by happenstance 1 year when I saw a really great deal for a weekend stay with them on Groupon, and I've been a fan ever since. The Avani Spa is always the highlight of all my visits to the Abbey. Their services are unique and always rejuvenating. This past weekend, I had a Serenity Facial with Marianna and an Earth Stone Massage with Stephanie. Both services were amazing! Marianna made sure to provide me with a list of products that she used during the facial in case I wanted to purchase them. Stephanie was very concerned about my level of comfort during my massage. They both took great care of me. The only thing I didn't enjoy about my visit this time was that the steam room and the sauna weren't working. This was a major bummer! I was really looking forward to the sauna. Suggestions: If you're visiting the Abbey and you'd rather not be near kids at the pool, spring for a day pass to the spa so you can take advantage of their private pool. Also, the spa services are on the pricier side, so be aware of that. The trade off is that the Abbey hotel rooms won't break the bank, and they typically have really good deals and spa packages, and sometimes even offer deals on Groupon. Let me first say, I should have read the reviews on Yelp first. But to my defense the google reviews are more promising. This was such a bad experience, I literally could cry. They were able to book us a couples massage. We both received a deep tissue massage with aromatherapy. There were issues with the sauna room but I was only excited for the massage and time with my partner. We entered the room and it was COLD! It wasn't any warmer than 70 in there. We discussed our treatment and got on the beds which was warm but not warm enough. Then the massage began with COLD lotion. At first I just stayed quiet because I'm a bit of a wuss but between my masseuse who had sharp short rounded nails that scraped me a few times too many and the COLDDDDDD lotion used to massage me I was tense the whole time. It was then finally my partner asked can you warm up the lotion, and they answer given was 'I'm sorry, I can't control when the air hits my hands between pouring the assumed warm liquid into her hands and placing on your body'. When I say I wanted to cry listening to such a lie! If you friction rubbbed ur hands together it would have been better. So imagine laying on your stomach and that cold lotion gusts your back along with this breeze of air coming at my back. We had to ask if the AC was on to which we were told ' we don't control anything back here, that's the front desk'. Don't go here. Don't try it. Don't have hope. Run and find somewhere else. And trust YELP reviews. $500 down the drain and forgive me but the massage was not good at all! Ugh. Good luck. To start-- I loved my massage. My masseuse did a great job! I felt very relaxed during my time in the spa. The adult pool was a great, quiet place to hang out. But some things to know-- the salt room isn't anything to note (just two walls of salt blocks) if you're used to a traditional salt room. Also, upon arrival no one told me what to do or where to go other than the code to get in. I told her I hadn't been there before is there anything I should know and she just explained how to get to the women's room. It was a little anxiety inducing as a single person to navigate. I also got a scalp treatment thinking it would be like one of the ones I have seen online but instead it was multiple oils massaged into my scalp and a head, neck, arm, and foot massage. I left with all of the oil still all over my head. It was relaxing but I assumed they would wash and clean my scalp. Maybe this is how spas normally do this kind of treatment, but it was unclear to me and I needed to go wash it out after the treatment before going anywhere else. I have never experienced a spa with a worse vibe. When we arrived, we were told that only 2 of our group of 8 could go inside and that there wasn't enough room for us all. Two of us went inside and the rest of us were told we were not allowed wait to see if space opens up because "most people stay until closing". Immediately after going inside, the 2 who went in realized that that was not at all true and the pool was completely empty. The rest of us drove all of the way back and were then told that actually the issue was there were no towels. This was also not true and there were at least 30 unused towels by the pool. Can't understand why any of this happened, the whole experience was bizarre and the facilities weren't worth $50 even if we didn't have that happen. I have been going to this spa for over 25 years and am very disappointed. I paid the $40 fee to use the day spa on a Tuesday May 20 Because I could not get any service. I Wanted a massage, but there was no one available after 1 pm even though there were no customers who were getting services there. There used to be a chair massage option but it was not available either. Whirlpool was not functional. There was no tea or coffee. I showered but the water was not very hot. There was no moisturizing lotion anywhere. There were no hair products beyond shampoo and conditioner. There was no magnifying mirror for make up application. Never again!! The Abbey will never see another penny of mine!! April 2025 We have been coming to the Abbey for many years for our girls trips. We booked the Spa package . As we entered the Avani spa we were told there is no hot water and the whirlpool is is out of order, while disappointed we dealt with it. This is a health hazard as the masseuse could not properly clean hand in between clients. I felt bad for the employees because they had to deal with so many complaints! The Masseuse was very good. Keisha is her name. Once we were able to check in ( additional fee to check in early now) even though it is mid week and the hotel was not full! Once we got to our room , we were ready to take showers since the spa showers were not working. To our dismay, the hotel room had no hot water either!!! We tried to call the front desk and the room phone didn't work!! The hotel only wants communication through text now. We finally got the front desk who swore they had no idea the whole building had no hot water!!! So we had to change rooms.... The property seems to be falling apart as I saw men knocking on guest room doors to repair things in addition to the workers trying to repair the boiler in the spa and building 7!, when we checked out we reminded them of our issues and again the clerk said they had no idea what was happening!! How can this be true??? We asked for some compensation and they took off the resort fee25.00 of a 500.00 package!!!! This is Easter week, I'm sure the hotel will be packed and the guests are in for a rude awakening read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. I'm not a review-writer, but this experience was so bad I felt compelled to warn others not to go. My group of 8 arrived about 3 hrs before closing for day passes. The receptionist told us they were at capacity and could only take 2 of the people in our party. When we asked if we could wait in the reception area for more people to leave so we might be able to enter they said no, despite at least 5 patrons exiting the spa just during this conversation. The 2 people in our group went in and the rest of us left but shortly after, we heard from our friends inside the spa that it was almost entirely empty inside. There was literally no one in the pool area for over 30 mins and about 5 ladies in the entire spa. We turned around and drove back because we were there to celebrate a bachelorette weekend and wanted to be together, but it was NOT worth it. Despite having lied to us about being at capacity and therefore cutting almost an hour of our time, they still insisted on charging us full price for entry. They were extremely rude at the front desk and insisted that they were making a very "special exception" for us. They then scolded us about not using too many towels and made us enter through the staff entrance. Once inside, we not only saw maybe 100 available towels and unused chairs, but the facilities were what I would expect for a community pool. The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine my eyes were stinging and there were no amenities that would justify the $50 entry fee. About a half hr before closing they were also rushing us out the door, turning off lights, and making us feel unwelcome. read more

My girlfriends and I have our annual retreat in Fontana. This year, we decided to have a girls' spa day. Over the years, we have attended events at The Abbey and eaten there, so we decided to try their spa. Besides one of my friends, two of us had the worst massage ever. I chose deep therapeutic, and my friend the healed magnesium. My masseuse was kind and sweet, but she did not know how to give a deep therapeutic massage. She did ask about the pressure, which I appreciated, but her technique was horrid! There were times she didn't even use oil and used her bare hands on my arms, which was painful. She used her knuckles on my back; I assume she thought that meant deep. My friend said the woman never touched her arms or legs; she had requested those two areas. For $400 --$200 per person, I would go somewhere else! The massages were horrible, and the amenities--well, besides the pool--were out of order (the Sauna being one of them). We'd pack our bags and spend the entire day enjoying the spa, its services & amenities while then proceeding to a nice dinner at the resort restaurant. Although they carry a "no outside food" filter, staff has always encouraged us to bring our own. This time we were treated very rudely, repeatedly, because we did the same thing we've always done. How disappointing to be treated this badly. Regrettably, we're looking for a new spa to host us. Additionally, we were told they had just completed a remodel but only new paint on the walls was found as their enhancement. I was excited to stay at the Abbey and enjoy a spa day in the "newly renovated spa," which was anything but renovated. To begin with, it was extremely difficult to even book services. I tried calling many times before someone answered the phone. When we arrived in the spa, the person who checked us in didn't bother telling where to go or where to find robes. Another guest helped us. It appears the lobby and waiting areas were the only areas that were renovated. There are cracked and broken tiles, water stains on the ceiling, and rotting drywall everywhere. The locker room has many "out of order" lockers. The salt room is a joke and the hot tub is absolutely disgusting. The tiles are dirty (not even stained - I was able to wipe away grime/mold from the tiles. I've been to the Avani spa twice now, once in 1998 and this past weekend. Very little has changed, except that 23 years ago it was working and appeared fairly updated. The steam room is out of order, the women's hot tub is out of order and there's chipped paint and rotting plaster everywhere you look. The people are wonderful and the spa services are good but the facility is in terrible shape. The pricing should reflect this level of disrepair. Shame on me for not doing research on it before coming. It was my error to think a facility would be updated 23 years later. My facial was absolutely amazing, however I also got a gel manicure and I think it was the worst manicure I have ever received. My nail tech was globbing on polish to the point where it looks like I have bubbles on my nails, she left a gap between my cuticle and where the polish starts and it looks like they are two weeks outgrown when in reality I JUST got them done. My second time booking services at this spa and experiences going downhill. I've had a facial, pedicure and now massage with Avani. In my most recent experience, the service was awful. Took 10 minutes to check in because there was one employee at the desk and she was stuck on the phone. Finally was able to enter and the locker room was dirty - like "hair all over the showers and linens everywhere" dirty. The massage was OK but the therapist didn't seem to listen/care to my input (just there to do her job). There were no scents used and she didn't focus at all on the two parts I asked her too (lower back and left shoulder). Mostly, though, for the cost of these services, please heat your spa!!! The locker room was cold, the relaxation room was cold (with others even sitting on the fireplace hoping it would give off heat), the massage room was cold, the massage bed was cold (even though the therapist said it was in high) and the massage therapists hands were freezing (obviously not in the spa's control). It just wasn't relaxing and when I said I was cold, she just laughed. Lastly, after service I went to check out, and the same single employee was preoccupied on the phone again. So I just left and paid the next day at checkout. If you're spending money on these types of services, there are other places that will offer better experiences. read more

I was willing to pay the overly high rates for these basic services when I thought we would get a little something extra. VERY disappointed paying that much money and I can't use the hot tub or go into the special breathing room. It was not that busy and I had moved my appointment from Sat to Sun since the person scheduling us told me Sun we could gain access as it was not as busy. I have been to Avani several times now. During construction which unfortunately wasn't great but nothing could be done about that. Before construction for a massage and day in spa which was nice. Recently went for a pedicure and manicure which was nice. I went back for a gel manicure and it cost $75.... Hand soak on only one hand. My nails look okay definitely not in the top of my best gel manicures and I get them every 3 weeks. I do not see how they can justify the price and be competitive for me to come back. I honestly would consider it if it was a great manicure but I would rate it just alright. The price is just laughable. I will be back because the choices up here are limited but not for a manicure. I had a very relaxing experience at the Avani Spa! My husband and I had booked a weekend babymoon package at the resort that included pedicures, massages, facials, and passes to enjoy the rest of the spa. I've never spent a whole afternoon in a robe feeling this pampered so it was all pretty amazing. The spa itself is really nice. My husband and I didn't realize all they had to offer until after our initial services, so we were kicking ourselves for not checking in early and spending the morning here. It would have been nice to have been given a little more info at the time of booking. Avani has convenient locker rooms, a very cozy fireplace area, complimentary cucumber water, and a very nice indoor pool and hot tub area full with lounge chairs and big windows. My only complaint here is that I wish you could order food and drinks to enjoy by the pool. They had a beverage machine where you could get coffee, but when spending the day here it would be nice to have something to eat without having to leave the spa. We started with our scheduled services and explored the rest of the spa after. Being 23 weeks pregnant, I was nervous about getting a massage despite desperately needing one. My masseuse was so accommodating though and reassured me that she would avoid certain pressure points and would of course have me lay in only safe positions. She said they do prenatal massages all the time and it showed! The pressure wasn't as hard as I would have liked, but given the situation it worked just fine. When I went to go lay on my stomach I was given a donut pad thing that I could safely put my belly in. It was a bit weird, but worked out really well! As for my facial, I was a newbie so I didn't know what to expect. I pictures myself sitting in a chair with a mask on, but it was more of a massage-like experience than that. She had me lay on the table like a regular massage, but with the focus on my face. She used all kinds of creams and exfoliating tools, along with hot towels and a shoulder/neck massage. The experience was great and my skin felt so soft and smooth afterwards. I'm definitely going to start including facials into my beauty repertoire. I'm not new to pedicures, I typically get one like once a month, so I knew what to expect here. Truthfully, it wasn't the best pedi I've ever had. There was virtually no massage involved, and everything seemed a bit rushed. They didn't have as many polish colors to choose from like I'm used to either. Been to the spa a couple of times. The first time I booked a facial and a wrap. It was ok. I had better else where. Maybe the fact that they left me in the middle of it soured it completely. I have had several facials and spa treatments and never, never once was left alone. They at least massage you or do something but never left me. Complete turn off. So I haven't booked a service again. What I do like however, is you can pay 25.00 and use the facilities. They have a beautiful pool area and the water temp is perfect. ( I am a complete baby when it's to cold). They have a sauna, hot tub and steam shower. Infused water, tea, juice and coffee. You can eat and drink in there. This was the worst experience! This is my second chance for the spa and it was terrible. We rented a room for my sister bridal shower, and had over 1000$ worth of services... We were not checked on once, the services were terrible and the check out was the cherry on top. Lisa "set up" our whole day. We never got detailed confirmation emails like we were promised, telling us where to go or how to check in. She sent us rude emails 5 minutes into the service bc we were walking around the hotel looking for the spa. I've worked in a spa for over 10 years as a service provider and totally understood our services should have been shortened due to us being late.. but the entire massage "fast", like a routine she couldn't change and we finished 15 minutes before the massage was suppose to end? The other girls in our group got manicures with an upgrade charge for French.. just look at the photos, if you are unable to preform a service (upgrade to French) just say it, leaving with this mess made things even worse.. The sanctuary suite was obviously broken, we couldn't use the jets without water literally shooting up EVERYWHERE. We called for assistance on the service phone provided and no one came... We finished our day, waited for 45 minutes to try and check out of the suite to receive some Togo boxes in our suite, after being ignored by phone calls, we went to the desk in our robes.. again.. to wait in line and be told that we should use the phone and that this isn't his job..finally someone came with a small Togo box that would fit one small wrap for our leftover catered food???(trays of wraps and sandwiches) we decided not to wait another hour for service so we left everything there. Then was check out and we waited in line at the front desk for another half hour while Noel played around on multiple computers and had no idea what he was doing. He ended up running my card, canceling it, running it again because he messed up.. I was willing to look past this... Like I said being in the industry I was VERY clear with checkout and made sure that I told him everything.. at the desk he put 2 manicures on my bill for other people on my group, but after 2 try's, and a HUGE line behind me, I figured the people on my group could pay each other and work it out. We should have known.. but of course they missed something... Noel called at 730pm during an obvious all day celebration( the whole reason we were at the spa was for my sisters bridal shower) and insisted we didn't pay for 3 of our services. I had the receipt and after attitude and him yelling at me, he said that he has only one service not paid for..(thank god I made him re check a hundred times, or I would have repaid for 2 other services..) he was talking over me, and wouldn't let me explain what I was saying. He said he would have to cancel the entire total (1000$) and recharge with the added massage that was missed (by THEIR checkout staff). In the 10 minutes he was on the phone doing this (durning my sisters party) our phone call was disconnected. 20 minutes later.. we get notification that Noel charged a random card on file for ONE of the services for 1000$ This is now 3 charges on 3 separate cards for 1000$. When we left the party again to make ANOTHER phone call.. Noel said he has to leave by 8, so he had to pick a card to charge... This card was authorized to hold and cover the liability for one (100$) service... not 1000$ worth of the entire parties services.. when the phone was disconnected why didn't Noel call us back? Why didn't they charge the card on file for the missed service? They literally took a random card and charged it for services that weren't even in her name? They charged the card WITHOUT authorization. Which is completely illegal, all because "Noel" has to leave... the right thing to do would be to wait and call the next morning.. ESPECIALLY because it was your staffs fault in the first place! The service in this spa is a joke.. It's a holiday weekend.. so the person that was charged for services for everyone now has a lock on her bank account for 3 days and the 3000$ worth of charges is still pending in everyone's accounts. Also when we tried explaining this all to management, we were told sorry, and that they hoped we came back next time.. like I said having been in the industry for 10 years.. this is not even decent customer service.. and the Avani Spa should be horrified that this is how they treat their guests.. DO NOT BOOK HERE! This is not a place for a spa day, the pool has a nice setup and the locker room was nice, but the rest was a complete waste. I felt like a burden to them the entire time. And the fact that they don't know how to fix a problem once it's happened, just shows bad customer service.. Have you ever dreamed about being pampered beyond belief? Going to the Avani spa that dream became a reality. This place is beyond amazing. First, the spa itself is beautiful. When you walk in, there is a beauty salon and nail area to the left. Walking around to the rear of the spa they have a large workout room with lots of machines and weights. They also have a room where they have workout classes. (seen a spinning class going on) All around the spa, they have water containers with cucumbers and lemons or with strawberries. They also have a bowl of Macintosh apples all around. (to replenish the water in your body) Inside the ladies locker room they have a gorgeous lounge. The lounge is dimly lit with a fireplace crackling. It felt so warm and inviting. They provide lockers and comfy towels. There's many individuals showers. They have an inhalation room along with a sauna and steam room. A Swiss shower is available if you're willing to pay a little extra. A small whirlpool is to the rear. All this is inside the locker room. The pool area is huge. It has beach chairs all around and a whirlpool inside the pool. My husband and I had a couples massage scheduled. The masseuse came to get me out of the lounge area. She took me into a small room with two beds. I call them beds because this couldn't be a massage table. This thing heated up and the sheets on it was so silky. There were candles lit and soft music playing. It was soooo relaxing. I love the fact that we get to walk around in our robes and slippers. I felt right at home. The best part: Having the Sanctuary suite to ourselves for an hour. Even though we were only here for 2 days, I felt like I was here for a week. If you're stressed out, need to relax or get away from the hustle and bustle of the city this is the perfect place. read more

We had the worst experience for a bachelorette party. The bride's mom, grandma, sister, and her 2 maid of honors had to complain several times to the staff and we never once received any help.   No one showed us around the spa, where to get robes, how to work keypads, no one gave us menus. We were told to order food on the phone in the sanctuary suite and guess what... the phone was broke. How convenient.   We were told someone was coming down to check on us at 1:15 and by 2:25 we still had no food or anyone to come greet us. Truly unprofessional.   We should not be charged for food we never received. We even left right at 2:30 and didn't utilize our whole time there.   The chairs had crumbs and stains on them and so did the robes. Water was overflowing and your spa manager said "well the only hazard is I guess you could fall." What kind of customer service is that?   The mimosas came in plastic cups... you show wine glasses in the photo, which is definitely false advertising. Never go here. Director is avoiding our calls and emails. read more

Way overpriced without the service to back it up. I recommend going elsewhere if you have the option. After receiving a recommendation from a friend, I thought this place would be worth it - Especially after I never could get a hold of anyone at the spa. I thought, wow, this place must be really good if it's that busy there! But I was horribly disappointed from the moment we checked in. The bathrooms were a mess. Not an employee to be found once you enter the spa area. And the pool was a mess. No one ever came in to clean up old towels, and there was even a used, bloody bandaid on the pool deck. Not exactly what I would call a relaxing environment. You have to order food and drinks through a phone, and they only serve until 4, even though the spa is open until 8. No one told us this when they reserved our appointments at 5! When I asked about this, they simply said sorry. With 5 women coming in and spending a pretty penny, you'd think they'd be a little more accommodating!! We did order drinks, but they took over an hour to arrive. Worst of all, the spa treatment wasn't even good!! It was sub par to say the least. I booked the avani signature massage, which is 75 minutes, and $210 on the weekends. Not worth it at all! We were looking forward to a relaxing day at the Abbey's Avani Spa. Instead we found no pool towels in either locker room, overflowing garbage cans in both locker rooms, no fruit in the women's locker room, no paper towels in any of the four dispensers in either locker room, no toilet paper in one of the women's stalls, and general dirtiness in the remaining stalls. We complained to two attendants. One kind of shrugged and said she will try to contact someone. The other claimed she was busy collecting dirty towels. In the midst of all this an attendant felt it necessary to refill the complimentary tea bags. The spa was probably at half capacity so we were surprised that things were in such disarray. Upon check out the following day, I explained everything to the manager on duty. She was sympathetic and provided a partial refund. When I asked if this was normal for a weekend, she said it was highly unusual. However, having now read the other Yelp reviews, I shocked that she stated that. We're willing to give them one more chance but they need to retrain their staff and to make sure they have enough staff. read more

Massage was wonderful! I highly suggest asking for Rayna. Adult pool was very nice, but very full on a Saturday. Hot tub was 104 and perfect! Ate lunch poolside and relaxed and watched the windy wet weather outside! Get there early on a Saturday to get a chair by the pool. read more

Filthy, dirty spa. That pretty much sums up the experience. Personally just feel like this should be BASIC facility management. Spa is run down. Dead bees and ants everywhere behind and next to our lounge chairs poolside (indoor pool). Messed up our lunch order and when we told the waiter, he just stared at us blankly. It came pretty much cold. We told him to forget it bc we didn't want to wait another hour for our other meal or hot ones to arrive. Loud people with rafts and beach balls inside the SPA pool. Huge clumps of hair in shower (I get it- it's a shower- but it needs to cleaned more frequently then.) Air ducts COVERED in dust. Just disgusting. Seriously mismanaged and needs a DEEP, DEEP cleaning. read more

The spa service (facial) was fantastic, everything else about the experience was sub par. Was told there was no body lotion in a very rude exchange. The man folding towels right after our service physically blocked me from taking a second towel. My husband and I I have been here too many times to count and this experience has make us consider not ever coming back. After coming here so many times we expect a higher level of hospitality and it was clearly nonexistent. read more

Very disappointed. I came in for a spa pedicure and it was the worst I have ever had. The woman was 8 minutes late for the appointment and didn't even apologize. Her foot massage was terrible, no pressure at all and not very thorough. The nail trim was not straight. She didn't walk me out and she didn't thank me for coming. I have had many pedicures in my life and this is the first time I have had any complaints. I normally tip 20% for services, but had no qualms about leaving zero tip. read more
