There was a check engine light on that seemed to be related to tire pressure. Vic's assessed and told her the all four sensors on her tires were bad and needed to be replaced for about $700. She was bummed, but trusted them completely. I told her my reservations and urged her to get a second opinion. The second opinion: all sensors were good, there was a nail in the tire that needed to be removed and patched, $40 max. Being as its the summer and not having ac i asked for loaner and was told they only give them out for cars that don't run. In addition, they expect me to make 4 trips back and forth with no ac to repair the car. Each trip back and forth is an hour and 20min. This means I'll bee spending 5 hours in total drive time to get this repaired. One trip back and forth was for diagnosis, 2nd trip was to pick up car from diagnosis while part is ordered. 3 rd trip will be to drop off car for the actual repair and the 4th trip will be to pick up the car once the repair is done. I also asked for them to rent a car which they would not as well. Although they did give me a ride home and back to the dealer, both the service manager and general manager seem to think this is acceptable customer service. To spend a total of 6 weeks, time from making my appt to repair completion, without air conditioning in the hottest time if year is completely unacceptable.

I sent my car in to be have an oil change and car inspection. I was then called and tried to be forced to turn in my lease and get a new lease even after repeatedly saying I was not interested. A few hours later I get a call from service that my car has problems with the brakes and tires and they wouldn't pass the inspection unless I got new of all of them and would not give me my car back and did not quote me for these expenses. They said I could save the trouble by changing my lease to a new vehicle. I again refused and they started the repairs. During the repairs the broke the caliber of my back right tire. This forced me to be carless for the rest of the day and all of the next day. They preceded to charge me for two days of maintenance even though the second day was solely from their own errors. I received a call at 1:57pm that my car was fixed. I called at 3:19pm to confirm and when it was confirmed I got a ride to the dealership and arrived at 3:40pm to find out the paperwork was not completed and I ended up waiting around for almost 45 minutes before finally receiving two bills for everything that occurred. I am someone who is very loyal to companies and very rarely change from where I buy things cars included but I will never be renting or buying a car from any Country Club every again and neither will my parents or brother who are and have been loyal customers for many years. This is not how you run a business and treat any customers but especially not people who have been valued customers of your business for a decade.
