So much so the city put a note on my front door to cut it! Not only did they come out the same week I called, they quoted me a great price and started working that same week. They had to break up my property into to two visits because it was so overgrown but they did such an excellent job. It looks like a completely different house! I no longer feel embarrassed to pull in the drive but really thrilled to see my home as I pull up. Their staff is professional responsive to my questions and needs and never once made me feel like a bother. I highly recommend their services to any and everybody. I've never had a landscaper produce such workmanship and take so much pride in their work. They are truly professionals at their craft and worth every single penny I pay them. They came the same day I paid, and did a terrific job considering what I'd tried to do (it was bad) and the lawn looks great. I'm the president of a condo HOA and this company was recommended by the new management company we…read morehired. The first year, 2024, the crew did an amazing job and the co-owners were very satisfied. Fast forward to 2025, and let me premise that I work from home and my desk is right next to the window so I see when they arrive and the work being performed. I don't know what happened, but the work this year is subpar and when I questioned one of the crew about the edging, even reiterating what our contract said, I was told no they only edge bi-weekly, even though they had not edged in 3 weeks and our contract says bi-weekly or weekly as needed. This year they began spraying the weeds in the rock beds in front of the buildings where we have small shrubs, not only do they not post notices of chemicals being present (we have many small pets), but the shrubs are now burned from the chemicals. We pay to have our shrubs trimmed twice a year, and here it is the end of June, our shrubs look like hell because the first trimming has not happened and we have no idea when that will take place. Weed whacking appears to be non-existent, they haven't weed whacked the weeds along the walls or walkways, and said weeds are almost knee high. The blades on the mowers must be dull because the grass, instead of being cut, is bent over. We also pay for fertilizing (weed & feed) 2x per year. This year, they didn't come out until the middle of June, well after the weeds took hold. And, as another poster said, we have many many bald spots where the grass is now non-existent. As far as being responsive, as they say they are responsive here on Yelp, I've left voicemail messages and sent text messages asking Zak to contact me and/or to come out and walk the property with me to see my concerns, but I've yet to receive a response. Like I said, last year the service and the work performed was fabulous; this year.... not so much!! We're extremely dissatisfied with the service we received so far in 2025.

This spring our grounds look worse than I have ever seen it in 13 years. Massive amounts of Dandelions blooming, large patches of crabgrass and weeds and many areas of brown burnt spots. The amount of money we paid for their service was a waste of money. The lawn is supposed to look better not worse! I am the president of our condo association and I'm getting many calls complaining about the condition of our lawns.
