Unreliable, Poor Communication, and Incomplete Work…read more We had a very disappointing experience. The company didn't show up on the scheduled day and never called to reschedule. We had two homes lined up for service, but they only brought enough mulch for one and complained that driving back for more was too far -- not exactly our problem after we paid for the full job. We also paid for spring cleanup, but the work was rushed and sloppy, with many areas completely overlooked. When we followed up, they refused to come back and finish the job, saying their crews were now working elsewhere. To make matters worse, communication was terrible -- emails went unanswered, and there was no effort to make things right. Would not recommend.

Five star isn't enough to rate this company what they deserve…read more My yard (front and back) was a disaster. It had truly gotten away from me when my husband deployed. So much so the city put a note on my front door to cut it! Not only did they come out the same week I called, they quoted me a great price and started working that same week. They had to break up my property into to two visits because it was so overgrown but they did such an excellent job. It looks like a completely different house! I no longer feel embarrassed to pull in the drive but really thrilled to see my home as I pull up. Their staff is professional responsive to my questions and needs and never once made me feel like a bother. I highly recommend their services to any and everybody. I've never had a landscaper produce such workmanship and take so much pride in their work. They are truly professionals at their craft and worth every single penny I pay them. I could have cried at how my home looks now. They also were very kind and understanding and didn't make me feel ashamed for my yard getting away from me like that. Kind, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If you're looking, hire them ASAP because they won't be a hidden gem for long! I wish I had hired them sooner

We have tried to support this business for almost 10 years, but we can no longer put up with their unreliability and unfriendliness, lack of organization and proper business practices. Their services were good on the first couple of years but the past 5 years it has severely declined in quality and reliability. We have for years requested the service to be done at a certain time. And every year I have to call various times to follow up, only to hear someone rude and snappy on the other side of the line, and still the service is not done per request and always giving us the same lame excuses. If you seek reliable and costumer friendly services Sparkman Landscape is not the business for you I would encourage you look elsewhere and support practices that understand how to do business and provide costumer services.
