So much so the city put a note on my front door to cut it! Not only did they come out the same week I called, they quoted me a great price and started working that same week. They had to break up my property into to two visits because it was so overgrown but they did such an excellent job. It looks like a completely different house! I no longer feel embarrassed to pull in the drive but really thrilled to see my home as I pull up. Their staff is professional responsive to my questions and needs and never once made me feel like a bother. I highly recommend their services to any and everybody. I've never had a landscaper produce such workmanship and take so much pride in their work. They are truly professionals at their craft and worth every single penny I pay them. I could have cried at how my home looks now. They also were very kind and understanding and didn't make me feel ashamed for my yard getting away from me like that. I again gave them a time frame when I was available on Monday after 1pm. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company. They're all over gp and my friend got a quote from them in the Bloomfield area so they seem to cover a lot of area. I think she said she talked to a Christopher and he sounded busy and next 2 times she called he was out of town, she ended up going elsewhere. Growing up we always had Darrel visiting and he was the most helpful guy. He really knew his stuff and went the extra mile for customers if there was a problem, always super helpful even if they couldnt get through at the office, he answered and seemed to like his job. Vern did the best christmas lights! Hope hes still around... honestly the best. A girl Jenna? Jen? Did them once when he wasnt available and they were sloppy. The secretaries never seemed to know much. The younger current guys always seem rushed and unhappy and the lawn crew has been off their game the past couple years and they always make a mess. My parents said they recently have had nice guys come by... a middle eastern/Lebanese? guy and a bearded guy who are great... not sure on their names. Not service like they used to have.
