What stood out most was how tailored the advice was. He took the time to understand my objective (PC, not flipping/selling), what players I liked, and calibrated his recommendations accordingly. It wasn't just "what will gem" - it was "what makes sense for you." The session was genuinely educational. He pointed out centering nuances, surface issues like hairline scratches I missed, and subtle corner flaws that aren't obvious at first glance. We ultimately narrowed things down to ~40 cards - either strong PSA 8+ candidates or cards worth slabbing for personal value and preservation. Danny clearly knows the market across vintage, junk wax, and modern, and was able to quickly sanity-check value ranges based on likely grades.
