Hiring an SEO company sucks…read more Everyone promises you the moon and the stars, and delivers you NOTHING. We tried outsourcing to India, hiring so-called "SEO experts," and even hired a few agencies. We had results here and there, but nothing that seemed to stick. I had all but given up when my brother-in-law mentioned he'd been working with an agency on one of his projects and had rave reviews about the results they got him. That agency was...you guessed it! Spooky Digital. They're young, sharp, and incredibly immersed in the digital world. They helped me understand how search engines like Google work, and what needed to be done in order to rank my site #1. I'm very satisfied with the work they did for me, and I will continue to hire them for my projects and recommend them to anyone who will listen.

They knocked it out of the park. They got us great results, and took a ton of weight off my shoulders (I had been tasked with bringing in new business). They're very tech savvy, and always keep up-to-date on the latest trends in marketing online. Whenever I need the kind of help they can provide, I know exactly who to call! I want to be honest and real with this review, so I'm trying to think of some cons to list, but I truly can't think of anything. Spooky is the best marketing agency in NYC hands down. Thanks again.

I found Dr. Campbell through Yelp after searching for Career Coaching in NYC. I liked that on their website there were different coaches to choose from so you can find your person :) and they allow you to have free calls with any of the coaches to see who matches best. After working with Colleen I was surprised to discover exactly why I didn't feel resonance with law. She helped me look at my personality, strengths, and values, and it all made sense when I could see that within my law career, I had strengths I wasn't even using. It was fun to create a list of requirements that when in place have me feel like I am thriving. Then we brainstormed different careers, vetted the ones I came up with, and narrowed down what I know now is my right-fit career path. Now I'm inspired and energized! She also helped me figure out an action plan to make the pivot so I feel confident as I take my next steps. I am on my way and feeling so different than when I began the process. He said he was up to his ears and could not look at my files. He said he was going to be around next morning. I called him the next morning and asked if he could look at my email with the question. He said again he was up to his ears and told me to just ask my question. I replied that I needed him to look at the document, he wouldn't know what I was talking about without looking at the same page. He was too busy for that. I asked him when would be a good time, I had already called the day before, he told me that morning would be better. In response he told me to go find another accountant. He told me that the last two years they had to issue amended tax returns. (I didn't say anything to him, but yes they did, because they missed the amount of taxes I indicated I had paid on the one-page summary submitted.) He then said that every year there are complications. (Complications? Taxes are complicated. That's why there are accountants.) I called Jim's daughter Jennifer, who I had been dealing with as well in the last two years, to plea my case. To look for a new accountant two weeks before the deadline is not a easy task, I thought. They also were the only people I had dealt with and I was scared to not find someone good on a short notice. She told me she was on another call and would call me back in 30-45 minutes. She never did. These people are unprofessional to say the least. Well, as my aunt said, I discovered there are more accountants than there are stray dogs. Since, in Mr. Wyckoff's words, he is "up to his ears", you better go find someone else who welcomes your business. My new accountant not only schedules a yearly meeting, but encourages a mid-year conversation, at no extra charge.

Fast forward to November 2017 when I had my first "chemistry call" with Ellen, who remembered me from the event right away.
