The company starts by telling you they are the best and can do anything, once you sign the contract…read moreyou get put on the back burner till they find time and then they rush it and don't even qualify xo tell their product so you have to do that for them. Furthermore they basically sell you a shell design for $25k and that includes nothing more than a template and adding your logo and a color scheme... then they ask for 12k to add email marketing and start one month of seo... the owner is short tempered and angry, as shown in his emails, he doesn't care about long term relationships with clients he is just there to grab the dough and close out the file as he calls it. He doesn't care if your site is good or bad, doesn't care if it ever gets launched or you make any money. It's all about him and his business cause he's the ceo and he rather pass you off after especially if you don't give him another 12k a month. How can a company think a business that hasn't sold one item can pay him 12k a month before the site is launched and before the site even works... he wants to charge you and he is happy to do so, but why would you email market a site that is so unfriendly to users and why would you pay for advertising to get visitors when the site won't close any sales due to its usability and functionality? I was hoping they actually did care about the site and the final product and that they would be a good company and have the site ready to launch and want you to succeed. I would recommend not to use this company and I will post further reviews to detail the communication from the owner and the trail and timeline of product from start to final bill and the fact that the site has functionality issues that I would have to address if I go forward..

A friend told me that this SEO can help me get on top of search pages whenever words related to my business were hit on search engines. I was reluctant... however, my friend was very successful in business so I went out to hire DMH. I followed his suggestion since, hell why not? DMH studied my digital marketing strategy and created a new marketing plan for my business. They had to totally revamp my site. Each web page design was changed and I was ecstatic with the results. Their graphic designing services were incredible. They didn't use generic templates which was what my previous website was made of. They made a customized design in photoshop of my homepage which they converted in HTML which google loves. Another plus in my book is that my website was optimized for mobile devices alike laptops and desktops. Since my websites were customized, they ranked in the top 10 of Google after a few months. They know how to find the right keywords. I think this is called keyword research. My site was ranking for those words I wanted, which is the name of the game right? and the website design was fantastic! I don't know what to say. I really want to thank them so much. DMH is definitely my go-to for anything I need related to my business's online presence !

They gave me the website design service I needed and implemented it with ease. I didn't know a company could do all this stuff... Digital Media Hero had the whole package. I didn't need to go to an expensive media or advertising agency. As an online marketing service provider, Digital Media Hero also helped me implement a social media campaign which was a huge success! Facebook marketing was a piece of cake. I was also able to bring in more customers through the website that they have developed for me. Their web designer and developers were really great. I had a good website design that was fit for the theme of my business which was developed in photoshop which I LOVED because I didn't want to use a template and wanted a unique look. Each of the webpages looked really good and are useful too. The best part about Digital Media Hero was... the part wherein they were able to listen to everything I wanted about the customized social networking campaign. They even recommended good points when it comes to my online web presence. They clearly made an effort to satisfy what my business needed and they've done a very good job at it. It's seriously an A++ for Digital Media Hero and I'm happy I chose to be one of the businesses they can help with their digital marketing services.
