The plumber was efficient and professional. Unclogged my tub in about 10 minutes…read more The manager/ owner called me to discuss my issue with the price personally. Showing that they care about their reputation. I was extremely disappointed in the commuter fee of $80. And was quoted $220 for the service making this job $300. I paid $268 in the end but I'm floored by the fact that such a simple service could cost so much.

I contracted them at first to run a scope my drain line to see exactly what was going on…read more The rep said that he was scared to run his camera down the drain stack For it could hang up The best thing he did was to bore under slab an run a new line.At first he quoted a price of $9300.00 .I paid a total of $100 dollars for the Quote. He did offer financing but at a rate of 15 to 28 percent for 24 months. I said I could contact them later.tje following day they called again asking what I'd decided. At the time of quote he said the boring would be $4000..I went an done my research an the national average is $1500 to $2500 I told them that They would have to be in the $6000!to $7000 range. He said let me see an he would call back.Which within a hour He did An that they would do it for a total of $6800 Which I agreed to but I had to pay half that day.I paid $3512 total with $112 debit card fee.He. Scheduled it for the 21 an the 22 of May.That they would call me that morning of the day they would arrive The lady said they were on there way an that I needed to have the full amount due that day after they finished.I told her that that wasn't a problem but the estimator said it would take two days. She put me on hold an. Came back an said yes I was correct. When they arrived I let them in showed them the area an the side of the house where the drain line was.I wasn't sure what direction it went ,for a fact but previous plumbers said it turned at the clean out.I then said why dont you run a clean out cable an you can hear the direction it's at. The main plumber said he had it covered so I went back to my room to stay out there way an to keep my dogs at bay.The field labor started under where the dishwasher was located at with a battery power hammer jack For 2 hours he was steadily working on it. I had a friend come over to my front door to see me an when I came out my room the house was filled with concrete dust .which is silica.I immediately went to the kitchen an seen they never covered the opening As any Plumber should do to prevent as little dust as possible.I ask him why He didn't seal the opening up.? An did he have plastic to do so, He said he had a little .So My friend an myself Covered the best we could the opening turned on the vent fans near the garage to help remove all the dust he was creating. During the time they arrived the Job boss left for almost 2 hours to rent a backhoe.an had another lady outside with a shovels half working.at 345 pm they started get there tools together to leave. The hole inside the area was wet from the pipe leaking an the smell of sewer gas was so strong ,But I opened all the windows to help vacate the fumes. The following day they arrived again at 9 am an the labor said he had to bust out more concrete.I spoke with the lead plumber an he said he had to finish up for the other company was coming to bore the hole. At 10.03 Pioneer plumbing pulls up an beginds to set up an was there to exactly 11.57 am when he pulled off.at 1.15 pm the led plumber advised me that they couldn't get the boring machine to go to the spot needed for it would hit a footing an go downwards an not come back up.He attempted to drive a 2 inch PVC pipe into on of the three different holes the made.yet only able to get it 20 ft . So he said he explained to me one thing an then the sales rep called with a different solution. He then said that he would get with plumber an the owner the following day an they would come out. after they left the house was saturated with dust an sewer gas where I couldn't breathe. I had to call ServPro to get a air scrubber to help with all the fumes an dust an also put Zep antibacterial liquid in the open wet hole an enclosed it with plastic an tape. The following morning at 11 am the owner pulls up an the estimator arrived shortly. They came in an explained that because of the wet soil from the leak they weren't able to bore.So we had to go a different route. He then said it would be a total of $13.000 Dollars to fix it properly.I told him then that I needed to figure out what I was going to do. He insisted that I contact my insurance an that they would pay.I had previously talked to my agent an the most they would pay was $1500 after my $1000 deductible.Ill not name the company. But the agent said if there was anyway possibly to pay for it myself for I had only been with them for 4 months any rate per year would go up more that what it was worth an possible they wouldn't renew me The owner said he would get back to me to decide what I wanted to do an also fill the 12!ft by 10 ft hole that was four foot deep. We had rain in the forecast for the next five days.It started that Friday night Saturday an sunday.each time filling the hole outside to the top with it also filling up the hole inside. I had to go to the hospital That Monday with a severe lung infection due to the mold that the hole had allowed into my home an didn't get out till that Wednesday. so now we have a washed out slab
